Reliance Jio — Rude Employees, Worst Service from Reliance Digital Express | |||
After a long wait I finally got SIM for me and my wife. Tough E-KYC was available - Reliance Digital Express in vile parle (W) near station did not do it and said that they will first do it only for those who are spending and not likes us who are taking free sim. I bought JIOFY and he did E-KYC immediately but not for other SIM. Zaheer at the store is very rude and makes one feel as if he obliging by giving SIM. Reliance is offering free service, so store has no right to make user feel like this. I had obtained this SIM on around 3rd september and still struggling to get it done. Zaheer does no upload forms and E-KYC only for JIOFY or who buys LYF phone. Reliance Digital Store in Vile Parle -East is always out of stock for JIOFY & SIMS and does not help in E-KYC if from CAF is from other store. Was this information helpful? | |||
