Dear sir, My name is Glaston Menezes and my reliance datacard number is [protected]. My 3g unlimited data pack (Rs 699) got over within 19 days last month, while 8Gb high speed data was not even used completely. Contacted customer care, but they always told there is some software updation. Customer care representatives did not give any useful suggestion about the issue. Then network team contacted and they asked me to call customer care. To confirm that my data pack ended before the validity, I made 255 recharge and internet started working. After that 1GB got over, I recharged Rs 699 8 GB unlimited. But with more than half of high speed data still remaining, my data pack ended. I contacted customer care. They have been asking me to wait for 3 days since 2 days. I have already spent more than 30 hours calling customer care since 3 months, but have not got any help from them.
