Reliance One — Regarding shopping card

Dear sir,

I have received one msg saying " thank you for shopping at reliance trends for rs. 449.00 with your reliance one card." just now at 7.05 pm.
For your kind information i have no reliance one card and i never did shopping also. I am fully surprised after getting ths msg.

Please look into this matter seriously.
