[Resolved] Reliance Retail — A/c servicing | |||
Dear Sir, My misfortune to purchase a Panasonic air conditioner with 2 years extended warranty . Last year I faced the same problem with your servicing team that they never come on the time given. I had to call Panasonic servicing team to get the A/c repaired & paid money to them which never got re-embersed to me inspite of commitments given to me by your servicing head. This time also I gave a servicing request & I was committed a visit for 29th March at 12 noon. No one came. No one called. I had to call customer service twice to get some answer.?? The servicing person whose number is [protected] committed a time of 7.30 PM but he never turned up, I tried calling him up number of times but he never picked up the number. I fail to understand what kind of company are you running where we consumers our stuck. I jab no option but to complaint to the consumer cell.
