To whom it may concern, I had purchased ketchup and butter from Reliance outlet today 24/5/1018 from Kunnamkulam, Kerala. I paid 500 rs for my bill amount which was for 187 rs/ cashier paid me 314 rs and asked me to return rs 1/ which I was not having coin with me to pay off. I told the cashier that I don’t have change with me and informed him that I have to get back rs 4/ from the same outlet for my last purchase. Unfortunately the cashier was using very vague language and without any consideration as a customer he shouted me that “ you must get your balance payment from the lady cashier and not from me”. I replied him that my previous purchase as well as for this purchase is at Reliance Kunnamkulam outlet and not at your personal door step, hence you can deduct Rs 1/ from my previous outstanding. I believe, he was trying to dump his frustration on me on that time. His body language and his communication was very vague and doesn’t suit with a customer care desk / cashier. I would like to inform you that I didn’t like his behavior and I do believe that he insulted me and misbehaved with me badly. Hence I would like to know what action Reliance is taking against this staff ! Also he must be trained enough before he is placed into the customer service Dept.
