Sir, On 15th august, 2018 i have purchased product reconnect electra home speaker from reliance digital (Indrapuram, ghaziabad) & delivered on 16th august 2018. Delivery boy told executive arrived to check but he was not arrived after two days of delivery. So we open it by our self. After checking it we found that fm and pan drive port are not working & also not connect to tv. After complaining three times executive reached to our place dated[protected]. Our complaint no is [protected] dated 25th august 2018. And remind it time again. After checking executive also said that it is not working. When we requested for replace that product so they denied & told me that we can’t replace, we can only repaired it. Kindly help me in this matter now i want to refund from the store.
