Reliance Retail Limited — Samsung core prime | |||
Hello Sir, I bought a new Samsung core prime on 2nd May 2015 from Reliance Mart at Aundh, PUNE. The phone is under warrantee and I had a problem from the start as the sound quality is very bad. No matter which number you try whether you are stationary at one place or travelling, you cannot hear clearly. I thought I need to change my sim card to a 3G properly instead on the one i was using to which was a 2G sim. But when I switched the sim to Samsung Core - my SECOND phone (where even the cutted 2G sim card properly worked, i did not face any problem. But even after changing the sim card the problem still persists. I am totally devastated. I don't want to go to any Samsung dealer for servicing as this phone is relatively new and less used and the problem is from the start. Hence i am convinced that this is a manufacturing defect.
