Reliance Retail Ltd — non installation of tv wall mounting

I have purchased a tv model samsung-led-32f5500 from reliance digital, phoenix market city on 15.01.2014. Where vendor promised me for a first free installation, but as he was delaying for the same and I went out of station so my tv's first installation was not done and when I came back I found installation was pretty easy and as vendor was delaying so I intalled it my self by fixing the table mount set. Later 5 months when I need wall mounting I requested the vendor as installation is pending, thus if they can install it now. Vendor says now its payable.as your tv is old but when I checked with samsung, I got to know within six months I can get my tv installed for free. Hereby I would like to get my tv installed for free as its a first installation from the vendor.
