Rentomojo are cheats. I rented a smart tv at a higher cost than a regular tv in November 2021. My rented smart tv only has YouTube & Netflix. The browser hangs if I try to download any OTT. After 5 months of trying to figure out the issue, yesterday they tell me that the tv needs a Firestick and the same is provided free of cost. Today when I raised a complaint with customer service I was told the customer has to ask for the Firestick. I had the same issue with the tv wall mount. Rentomojo is cheating customers by providing half services untill the customer catches them. Was this information helpful? |
