      Dear Sir / Madam,

This is with regards to exchange of Old currency. when I called up at RBI customer care regarding the exchange of old currency notes I was replied that there is no provision for local citizen to exchange the old currency notes, only NRI can exchange the same up to 31st March 2017.

And the way RBI Customer Care Representative talked with is also very Rude and Impolite. Hence would request you intervene in the issue.

Would request you to help us with exchange of old currency notes and also expect RBI customer care representative to talk in polite manner.

      Regards,

      Pushpendra Singh

I am extremely unhappy about no arrangements been made for OCI s to exchange their old Rs 1000/500 notes. This is unacceptable and totally unfair. I need the government to address this issue with urgency to include persons from abroad with OCI. I refuse to be out of pocket just because I have these notes which were to be for payment of my hotel accommodation, but now I had to make alternative arrangement as my notes are not acceptable. Please address with urgency.

This is inform to you that, date 22/2/2017 in morning on 9:10 Am I was going to withdraw money from (Corporation Bank ATM ) ATM but unable to withdrawn due to balance not available in that ATM, after checking other (Union Bank ATM) ATM But again Same issue, Then I was withdrawn money from another bank ATM(HDFC) amount was 2000 from Aya Nagar and I got confirmation message after withdrawing the amount.

          BUT PROBLEM STARTED
After some time ( on 09.11.09 am) I got the message of withdrawn Rs 4000 from (Corporation Bank ATM) and 10, 000 from (Union Bank ATM) and 2000 (HDFC ATM this is correct and rest I have not withdrawn)
And I checked the balance it was Rs.33890.10 Rs before and it straight showing Rs 17890.10. I suspect this as a mis-transactions from the bank side or due to any security failure of the HDFC Bank.

I have complained to the bank and blocked all my cards and accounts and they provided me a complaint
Reference ID - MUMC[protected] and I have also done FIR.
They told that it will take at-least 15 days for the investigation,
I strongly believe that it happens due to their very poor Security of Atm and online banking services only. Please help me.

I refused to do so but I think this is a fraud. Please take some action to stop this.

Banks are not maintaining sufficient cash in their ATMs, which is causing most inconvenience to all the customers - even after Central Government of India lifted off the withdrawal limit. They are unable to withdraw the required amount at a time from Banks by visiting personally due to insufficient funds. Immediate action requested

Being a senior citizen, after visiting branch several times and calling more than 50 times in last around three months, I am still waiting for my money which was PNB ATM (MG Marg Road ATM) fault.

                  Customer Care Responses-

                  First complaint (A[protected]

                  2) They asked me to visit branch and watch CCTV footage
                  3) Complaint gets closed without informing me.

                  Second complaint written (A[protected]

                  1) Watched CCTV footage where we could see ATM fault clearly
                  2) Executive told me to ask manager to send that CCTV footage
                  3) Complaint gets closed again without information.. saying "Duplicate Complaint"

                  Branch Responses-

                  Issues:

                  1) Now again after customer care they asked to ask your branch what is the resolution of that issue?

Sir being frustrated with the bank(ANDHRA BANK) response toward my complaint registered towards accno:[protected] I have registered for the deduction of my balance 6051rupees for a failed transaction, it has been many three days as said by them postponing the things from march 5 to till now, as a college student it is difficult for anyone with such an amount, as it can be used for three months by us.please issue strict instructions for the banks to give the complaint status within the specific time, if for getting two thousand fake note from ATM a case can be filed then for deducting my amount and not getting the proper response is also an offence .

Please try to implement strict rules to them as indirectly deducting amount is as a theft made by bank itself.

                      Dear Sir,

It is very sad to know that Indian Residence who could not deposit old notes by 30th December, 2016 could not exchange them till 31st March and the window is only for the ones who were outside India.

In my case, my late father had kept some saving amount in between cloths in wardrobe which was not known to any of the family members including my mother. And during the wardrobe clean up my mother yesterday came across an amount of Rs. 46000/- which was kept by my father before his death in August.2016.

Now the hard earned money and saving of my father would be complete waste and peace of paper as RBI has not allowed the Indian Residence to deposit old notes after 30th December.

This is my complaint against RBI and its strategies and policies of not allowing to exchange or deposit old notes which are genuinely left to be deposited by people like us.

                      Thanking you.

                        Dear Sir / Madam

On the 12th January 2017, visited the RBI brand in Fort, Mumbai. The reason for my trip that was day was to ensure that all old indian currency I had in my possession would be deposited into my account.

I submitted a total of Rs 25, 000 INR (denomination of 25 x1000 notes). At the point of the deposit the cashier advised me that the deposit would be reflected into my account by no later then 4 weeks of receipt.

It has been 6 weeks since making the initial deposit of Rs25, 000, however there is no reflection of this currency into my own account.

I understand that you must be facing a huge volume of requests at this point, however I find this service and process to inadequate.

I would very much appreciate a swift reply and processing of this deposit.
                        Deposit details: 317 / 12.01.17

                        Warm regards

Sir, it is come to my observation some private and national banks and chit fund companies are accepting PAN card as signature proof .so that some intelligent and fraud people are miss using the documents of govt employees to get loans and other security purpose. please look into this matter. my suggestion is along with PAN, bio metric system should fallowed and also hard copy shall contain thump impression . Other wise the best security system shall be implemented to avoid miss use of documentation. so many practice the signature of the individuals for their credit to get benefits.
please follow some security rules : which can be implemented by all the organization which deal with financial matters and land documentation in strict manner.
                                  thanking sir,

and also credit/debit card password shall be replace with bio metric system by all banks(ATM) .so that miss use of ATM password can be avoid . no need to manufacture ATM cards .Just like mobile phone at ATM type the account number and bio metric system instead of password.

                                    Hi Sir,

I m an NRI who has submitted old Sbns amounted Rs25000 to Reserve bank of India, New Delhi on 3/03/2017. Since account details I had submitted was for NRE account they adviced me to open an NRO account and send details to them by mail, which I had done on 10/3/2017(to [protected]@rbi.org.in).

But till date money is not credited to my account. I have tried to contact them in mail and phone but no response. Telephone line is always busy and there is no acknowledgement to the mail.

Attaching the advice form I got while submitting the Sbns and account detail I had submitted for your reference.

                                    Regards,
                                    Santhosh Kumar JC
