no follow ups, no improvement in the hair

I have took the service of anagrow treatment from vashi richfeel outlet.
Inspite of me telling them that the shampoo an conditioner is not working on my hair they said it will work slowly. But my hairfall started more.

Now for 6 months i haven't received any call for the appointment. Now after 6 months they called me that we you have an appointment. I was not aware of it.

This is complete unprofessionalism...

This people are fraud. They suggested me to do anagrow treatment after taking 40000. They didn't told me about single time about cost of medicines. Cost of medicines is too high. After one year no progress on hair improvement and again they advised me to take more setting for 20000. Medicines are too much costly and no effect of it. anagrow treatment - no results till 9 months rather there is deterioration
