Hi my self here rakesh here i got registered for ana gain at bangalore sadhashiv nagar and paid cash their but all of sudden the branch is closed and richfeel employees telling we are sorry and informing me to go to other branch but i had accident and i could not travel, and no one responds properly really very worst service, i request them to charge only for medican and provide the remaining amount as refund, but they denied by saying its not in their policy,

I had taken ice cube laser package for full body now i m fed up with cancellation of my appointments bcz i had a marriage at my home on 15 th november 2018... But i m unable to get my appointments properly bcz staff is very rude n not responding n changing the lady staff (Who does my full body laser 2 times every time... This is meenu malhotra and my case number is pt1335. I have taken the service from pune magarpatta branch. My treatment started at pune location but after 3-4 sittings i need to travel onsite. After coming to india i got settled at banglaore location. From last 1.5 years i am calling at richfeel to transfer my case from pune (Magarpatta branch) to bangalore location (Whitefield branch).

Even i have visited the jp nagar branch of bangalore location but even they didn't help me in transferring my case. I had a word in indira nagar branch of bangalore location but even still i am awaiting for their reply. I had a word with pune location also but very poor response from there.

I have already paid the complete amount of my treatment. I am highly disappointed with the services provided at richfeel. I feel they just care about the treatment money but they dint even follow up with their patients. I have never got the call from richfeel about the appointment.

I need to know the reason for not transferring my case from pune to bangalore. I hope that i will get some positive response after raising this complaint as the lazy nature of people working in richfeel force me to raise this complaint.

These ### are bloody immoral goons who have no care about any bloody thing but making money. Providing a fancy clinic to look nice, I wonder if they have had a single happly satisfied customer. All their useless product does is eat up our money and spoil our hair condition. I would be willing to pay any amount for getting this ###, unethical money making machines banned and behind custody for misusing consumers trust!

I have took the service of anagrow treatment from vashi richfeel outlet.
Inspite of me telling them that the shampoo an conditioner is not working on my hair they said it will work slowly. But my hairfall started more.

Now for 6 months i haven't received any call for the appointment. Now after 6 months they called me that we you have an appointment. I was not aware of it.

This is complete unprofessionalism and also there treatments are worst.
I have paid all the amount to them.

I had placed an order for Hair Attachment ( wig) for Self with Richfeel Trichology Center, Sion, Mumbai on 23/Dec/2017 and had made full payment for it same day. I was told the wig shall be ready by Feb end / March beginning. Not only my attachment ( wig ) was inordinately delayed, today on Thursday-as Technician to fix Wig only is available on Thursdays ) on reaching the Sion centre at 11 AM - appointment fixed 15 days back, we ( me and my MBBS Dr sister ) were made to wait till 11.45 without sharing exact reason for delay. We were treated as unwanted customers. No tea, coffee, , nor even water was offered to her. This is completely against the ethics of how to treat a customer. Finally when it became unbearable for us ( as my Dr sister also had other appointments), we left the Center without any treatment. I am thoroughly disappointed by non concerned shown by Richfeel staff towards us and want to know Richfeel would like to compensate. Honestly, I would like my order to be cancelled and money refunded to me as not only it is more than 4 months that my order has not been fulfilled.

This people are fraud. They suggested me to do anagrow treatment after taking 40000. They didn't told me about single time about cost of medicines. Cost of medicines is too high. After one year no progress on hair improvement and again they advised me to take more setting for 20000. Medicines are too much costly and no effect of it. I advise every one to not take any treatment with this frudelant company. They are fake and alway give false commitments.

On that day they didn't give me sp medicine 4 bottle for a year and they committed to me it will reach you in 2 or 3 days what i haven't got it till now
Than i have decided to give my money back and when i call at that nagpur clinic they doesn't give me satisfactory response so give me all money back..

This is to highlight the fact that anagrow treatment did not have any impact on my hair thining or hair fall situation though i continued for 9 months. I started with noida doctor who did not even bother to keep my pics and record in place to check the progress. I migrated my case to preet vihar center where again the quality of technicians were bad and the doctor could not suggest or bring any ways to improve my situation.
I have requested the center to take a return of my medicines and provide a refund for the same.

Hii.. I hav paid fr lazer treatment on malad center mumbai.. Due to no presence of proper technician dey cancelled appointment.. It took a month fr given appointment. As date comes close dey cancel it.. I m facing this problm frm 2/3 month.. Have enrolled fr service last year on nov 2017.. I request to refund my amount so that i could continue with othr company.. I hav no intention to continue services..

Very sorry to say that your service is very poor as we are not received the hair shampoo from your side, we already paid the amount for the same. (We gone to doctor on 25th november 2017 for check up), i would like to attach the retail invoice copy, several time called to you but no expected response from your side. I did sign up for their anagrow treatment 6 months back and till now there has been no result at all. I have been religiously following their treatment and still no result. I have discussed the issue with their trichologists/ dr's so many times but there has been no concrete answer from them on this. I even sent out an email to their customer care head seeking and solution but no answer. All this behaviour makes me believe that it is one of the most unprofessional companies. Do not fall for their trap and pay them the money. Once they get the money they will only give you their treatment which will not work and after 1 year of treatment you can't even do anything about it as you have lost the hair as well the money. Highly unprofessional is what my rating for them would be. Please do not sign up with them, do not try them for your treatment at all.

These people from rich feel centre rajouri garden (Delhi) suggested me the anagrow treatment but because of some personal stuff i couldn't under go the treatment. I payed the down payment but did not give any documents which clearly means that my case has not been approved yet. Now they are telling me that i will not get the money back and i was not told at the time of payment that the amount is not refundable. Pathetic experience and people as well

Look at the company treatment that you give. I got this treatment after spending a money. Two treatment one and half year ana grow and ana gain. If i taken the one treatment in one year. Then you would like to go home in such a position. What then do you call this it is a good result or not. Your doctor vinit said me that if the did not get good result from this treatment then to get transplant. If i had to have a trasplant then why would i take this treatment after spending a money rs 100000

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I visited Richfeel Sadashivnagar centre (Bangalore) on 30/07/17. After due consultation with doctor, I have shown my willing ness to carry out the treatment but it was told that I need to consult with my family. They insisted to submit my documents and paid partial feel to avail running discount offer, which I reluctantly agree with the confirmation from doctor (based on his onward discussion with senior) that in case I say no they will refund paid amount and cancel loan application. I submitted my refund request on 5th Aug to Richfeel Sadashivnagar centre (Bangalore) of paid fee i.e. 15, 135/- on 30/07/2017 and cancellation of Loan request with Bajaj Capital, however same was not responded and no action was taken. There after also repeated reminders and telecommunications were done but no action was taken and keep on appraising me that same will refunded soon (telephonically).
On 2nd September, 1st Instalment of rs. 12, 500 was also deducted from my account, which was surprise for me because I have not received any information whether or not my documents was submitted to Bajaj.
After all insistent, on 19th September, I have received an email from Richfeel Sadashivnagar centre (Bangalore) that "We already forwarded your request from our end to our HO soon we will update you for the same", however till date no response even I have spoken with Mr. Soumik, ASM Bangalore also but no positive response.
Now they are not even picking my phone.
I have spoken with Bajaj people also and they advised that need cancellation letter and refund of money from Richfeel to close this loan.
Next instalment is due on 2nd Oct 2017 therefore I would request you to intervene in this matter immediately and act accordingly to protect brand name of richfeel.

L i have treated from sep 2016 with richfeel ludhiana the doctor told me take a ana grow treatment for one year and mdcn i took ana grow treatment rs 36000 and take mdcn rs 7000 from tha doctor suggestion after 8 month i did not find any difference and tha doctor again asked me to take a new treatment ana gain rs 40000 and saying that its result very fast and good and i spent 4000 rupees for oil shampu and mdcn 4 month later i did not get any result of that treatment my hair fall not stop but double i spent 100000 you don't spoil your money and time. These people there treatment or medicine for commission the richfeel name is only big but treatment is absolutely non sense

It may be early for me to say this but i losing confidence in their anagrow treatment... I am religiously following their prescribed treatment and medicines but there is no improvement what so ever... Infact losing more hair with the oil they have given me... It's been 3 weeks but my hair fall has doubled... Paid them 60 k but not even 10% reduction in my hair loss... So guys think twice before you spend at rich feel... I suggest look for alternative treatment or homeopathy or anything but rich feel... Don't get fooled by their false promises

Well i have wasted thousands on rupees by going to richfeel and there has been absolutely no result. I have gone for dandruff and hairloss treatment, they have given some medicines and shampoo and asked to wait foe 3-4 months for result but nw its been 6-7 month and i cant see any improvement.

All methods are just trial and error and it might appear to have worked giving you a false sense of security. These clinics smartly advertise to make you believe that there's a solution but in reality there is no tested treatment they have.
