Order placed for scalp cleanser with saw palmetto 500mlx 2 bottles on 3rd july 2020. After follow up with the service representative received one bottle of 500 ml scalp cleanser on 10th july but billed for 2 bottles of 500 ml. I immediately informed the representative regarding partial delivery with proof @ +[protected].in-spite of repeated follow ups and text messages no revert has been received from the company.
If the company is unable to complete the order, may please refund the amount.

      Richfeel took payment in advance before make surity of products. I order hairagin product from richfeel. They are not provide products in right time also. If we request for refund they answered to take another product of same price. That's worst thing. Their is no co-ordination between staff and city head too of pune swargate office. Everyone answer differently and not able to take responsibility of customer. Order and payment duration during last 6 months.

(Pg[protected] placed on 11 may 2020. I have not received the order until today. Now i don't want any product from rich feel. Request you to please get me a refund.

          My name is vishal kr singh

          I opted for hair transplant last year in 23rd of july 2019 from banaswadi clinic, bangalore. Till date i never got any follow up neither i got any date for hair transplant. Now i have requested for refund they told send a mail to customer care, the customer care representative assured me to give full refund over the call. But now no one is picking the phone call and the clinic is also closed. I just got feed up with these people. Over the mail also no one is responding.

                  Hello sir/madam,

                  This is to bring to your notice that i had purchased richfeel soaps from "products. Richfeel.com" on 21st may 2020. But till now the status is showing as processing even after more than 2 weeks. Whenever i call the customer care number ([protected]) there is nobody to attend. Hope they have given the tollfree number to fool the customers. I even sent mails to the support (Customersupport. [protected]@richfeel.com) which they have provided in their site and for that also did not get any reply. When called on the number provided in fb, different customer executive gives different answers daily. Initially an executive on 25th may 2020 told because of current situation it will take time and product will be shipped at the earliest. But from last 1 week i am getting the reply as product has been shipped and check the status at delhivery.com. When i ask the tracking number they don't have proper reply and say the senior official will send whatsapp. But the whatspp message will never be received. I contacted them on fb chat and initially got a reply as they will contact me on my number. But their official never contacted me. After all this when i contacted on the number provided on facebook and asked for refund the reply to my queries stopped. I thought richfeel products have some genuine reputation in market which now proved to be false. So i request all not to buy any products from the site "products. Richfeel.com" which seems to be a fake site and is created to swallow customer money. Please beware before buying any product from richfeel.com.

                      I want to share the feedback about the interactions which i had with richfeel dwarka.

                      1) i called customer care to fix the appointment on 01st feb 2020 when the senior doctors were going to come. I have been asked to pay rs. 325 to consult which includes two test as well (Only hair transplant centre who charges for 1st consultation). I went there and consulted with doctor. Doctor was nice and give her suggestions very well. She suggested me to go for hair patch. No test was done (1st disappointment - as i have been charged for that as well, if tests were not required then i must not be charged for that). For patch, i have been referred to ms sharadha. Hair dresser and ms sharadha briefed me about the hair patch and quote me rs. 40k for two patches (You call it as system). She told me the process and said they would need my hair sample so that they would arrange the approximate same hair. These hair will come from australia (Which i doubt). I came back home to decide as i had two more options (Even having references who had gone with these hair patch centres) to go at another place which i visited on the same day.

                      2) after 2-3 days i got a call from ms savleen (Dwarka centre) if i have decided or not. After the discussion i came to know that systems price has been changed to rs. 49k (2nd disappointment). I asked her to check with ms sharadha as she quoted me rs. 40k. Later on she might have confirmed with her (Does richfeel a fruit market as price changes very frequently)

                      3) i visited dwarka centre on 9th feb and now the new prices came to me which was 42k (40k-49k-42k) (3rd disappointment). Although i have been asked to go for upgraded system which was costing of rs. 52k. I went for 52k system and informed me that the system will come after 3-4 weeks. They will give me a call once it comes. No hair sample was taken (4th disappointment - i am worried how will the hair matches). After 20 days, when i check with ms savleen about the system, she told me that she has left the organisation. I called dwarka centre and asked for the system. A lady informed me that the system came about a week ago and they missed to inform me because coordinator has left the organisation (4th disappointment - no one informed me as coordinator has left, does that mean if any coordinator goes then the customer dealing with them will be ignored).

                      If this is the behavior and dealing process of the staff, then i must say that i will not recommend anyone to go for richfeel. Richfeel may have a big name but that will not work in this world if such staff will give wrong and incomplete information to the customer. At last, i am going to visit dwarka centre tomorrow to fix the hair patch (I am worried what new will come) and feeling that i have been cheated in many ways. Also would be happy to give this feedback to dr sonal shah & approva shah stating that naam bade hone se kuch nahi hoga. Would request to give email id of your founders.

                      Chasing richfeel team since 01st march but no positive response received. A call received once from mumbai (Mr prashant) but he didn't do anything and after that his no is switched off - [protected]. Glue is still lying on patch and dont know how to remove. No once response. Its such a big fraud company and i want my money back if they can't bother about their customers.

                        Hi i am dinesh borkar i had purchased customized hair patch but from the date i had fitted the system every time problems are coming then after they don't have hair dresser available. Now today on 24th feb 2020 they had given me appointment at 7pm i reached there at 6.45pm the hair dresser was in his work attending clients and i was waiting after that at 7.45pm he came out and he was leaving the clinic as saying i have to go to mumbai i was waiting from past 1hr but he didn't attended me. The asm of richfeel is saying "jo krna hai karo kahi bhi complaint karlo" this service are giving by richfeel.

                            This is to inform you that i visited richfeel faridabad (Haryana) on 15/10/2019. After due consultation with doctor, i have shown my willing ness to carry out the treatment but it was told that i need to consult with my family. They insisted to submit my documents and paid partial feel to avail running discount offer, which i reluctantly agree with the confirmation from doctor (Based on his onward discussion with senior) that in case i say no they will refund paid amount.

                            After wait of 3 month they not provide me any date for transplant. Then i say to cancel it i don't wanna now. Then they providing me dates and but now i don' t want to do it because i am not fit to do this and need to cancel it and want my money refund. Atleast for those emi not paid yet. I am regulorly try to talk to customer complaint but they tell me that you will receive call with 48 hour. But no call receive from last 1 month. They not even having my surgery documents. So how can they bind me for surgery

                            Please help me for cancel it and refund my money. I am a student and not much easy for me to arrange money to pay emi.
                            Please help me. I m totally struck.

                              I mubashera existing clint for laser treatment, as per my condition dr at the center have suggested for 4 more maintenance secessions. For which
                              I had to talk to mani from indrangr branch for he convinced for more secessions with bajaj finance for rs.50, 000 and i unaware about the process shared partial documents like pan card, credit card and holded my photo id (Passport) and shared otp, i had informed not to processthe loan later based on my otp they have processed my loan without my consern and started getting deductions... I inform mani to cancel the loan.. For which i have reached neha and sent email for the same, yet there is no action taken and nobody is bothered to hear it.

                                Dear sir

                                My name is sagar saurabh, and i used non surgical treatment of rich feel after being influenced by your name and services in patna branch, however my experience has not been worthy of my trust with your brand.

                                I got the system installed on 24th nov'19 and since it was done at that time only i was not comfortable with the kind of work it was done and even the pasting was not up to the mark as the dresser was in extreme hurry to catch the bus in evening. At the beginning, he was not even ready for doing it but after when i insisted he got ready for trying it and then what all he did is mentioned below

                                1. After the installation in the evening, when my hair went dry and i was combing, lot of hairs were coming out, it's the same day story.

                                2. Next day in the morning when i woke up, i found that system seems to be coming out after which i escalated to kanchan khan and dresser both for which ms. Kanchan said she is taking the guarantee for the quality and dresser suggested for using gel along with serum which i had purchased from rich feel. May be because o[censored]neasiness i was feeling

                                3. I went to a wedding of a very close friend in jamshedpur and on 1st dec situation was so bad that the pasting had gone from one side and from other sides it could hold

                                4. On 4th dec when i woke up in the morning i found that the system was only attached from the back and it had come out from all sides

                                5. Throughout these days i used to find it very difficult while combing as lot of hair use to come out everyday. After headbath system seems to be coming out every day. Lot of itching happens in the scalps may be because of sweating head i have.

                                On 4th dec, wednesday, your local office in patna is closed and i cannot visit there so had to keep the system aside and i have no options left but to say i was never told about such challenges ever and it's only 10 days of purchase out of my 1 year subscription which seems to be useless
                                5. On 5th i again went to your centre and a temporary pasting was done through adhesive but again while i am writing it to you it has already come out

                                Trust me i have never felt so much of embarrassment in my life without hair and feel like not going out and meeting anyone after such a huge humiliation post the service taken from richfeel

                                I have taken out the system completely. If this is how you guys are providing service, i am sorry to say but i don't want to continue with your services and hence i need 100% refund on this...

                                    I had booked ice-cube lazer removal for full face and paid 17700 in full advance at your pune wakad branch.
                                    After first session there was no follow up for the second session and after my several calls and requests they gave an appointment. There is always problem with them that they dont have technician. They had to call technician from koregaon branch for which i had to wait 1 hr their.

                                    For third session which i was supposed to get on 11th of november they again didn't call me and i had to call them on 15th requesting them to give me an appointment which again they failed at... Saying we dont have technician and electricity too.. I mean this is ridiculous.

                                    I want my money to be refunded please there is no hospitality at your staff end, sales person there is dumb... Really no one is ready to help me out.. I had to go there asking them to give me appointment they refused.

                                    Please i want my refund in full. I am so agitated and full of wrath right now. Get in touch with me asap

                                      1. On 9th june 2019 visited the richfeel trichology centre at guwahati. Some treatment and double surgery (7000 hairs) recommended by dr razima. Advance deposited (Bills attached)
                                      2. After medical test submission, surgery date is given 24th and 25th july 2019.
                                      3. Reached clinic at 9.00 am on 24th july as per scheduled surgery but it’s cancelled due to high bp and anesthesia doctor was not arranged. (Financial loss of 5 days leave and mental pain).
                                      4. After continuous follow up another date of surgery is given as 11th september but cancelled due to surgeon and anesthesia doctor was not arranged.
                                      5. Again after continuous follow up date is decided as 23 and 24 october 2019.
                                      6. Reached clinic at 11.00 am on 23rd october as per scheduled surgery but surgery started at 3 pm due to sterilizer was not working. Only 1600 hair is in planted against paid for 7000 double surgery (Treatment advise attached).
                                      7. Second day on 24th october 2019 reached clinic at 12.30 hrs as per scheduled surgery but surgery is not carried out due to anesthesia doctor not reported. It was very painful movement to me and my family due to uncomplete surgery.

                                      Richfeel customer care team and corporate office approach is not customer friendly.

                                      Very poor response. every time answer is same that making the refund cheque . approximate 3 month has been pass and still waiting for our own money paid to M/s Richfeel.

                                        I have booked hair transplant from richfeel gzd on dated 6 sep 2019 and spokes person was confirmed that on medical ground they will refund amount in case of medical issue.

                                        At the time of medical diagonosis diabates confirmed to me and my operation was cancelled and so i was requested to refund my money then they no reply to may mail and refuse the refund of my amount which i submitted at the time of confimation and forced to me for operation in any condition.

                                        Sir this is height of irreresponsility in medical filed and open a shop to steal the costumers
                                        Please help me in this regard
