Well I have wasted thousands on rupees by going to RichFeel and there has been absolutely no result. In my opinion there's absolutely no solution to the hair-loss. We are still at a very primitive level o[censored]nderstanding how why hair-loss occurs and how it really can be prevented and if there exists any sure shot method to control hair-loss and regrow hair.

All methods are just trial and error and it might appear to have worked giving you a false sense of security. These clinics smartly advertise to make you believe that there's a solution but in reality there's none.

Rest all is psychology, trick your weak mind and make you hope for the best.
Ideally all such clinics should be banned until the day there exists a true undisputed treatment for hair-loss.

I decided to purchase hair system in apr 17 which was to be fixed in may 17 in gurgaon branch. For getting this fixed, i had to run from pillar to post to get their confirmation. They cancelled the gurgaon appointment and asked me to travel from gurgaon to gk and them asked me to visit lajpat nagar branch. They don't have any concept of customer delight... Quite rude
The matter doesnt end here. Now i booked a week in advance for the haircut and got confirmation for 17th at dlf branch. The 17th appointment got cancelled and i was told that this will be done on 18th june. Today i am told to visit vasant vihar branch, delhi and travel 40 kms from gurgaon

Pls refund my money and i dont want to have any service from richfeel. You are cheat and i willconvey this to all my contacts now

I am undergoing Ana grow treatment, which was taken from Jan 2017 onward. Even after 8 sessions, i see improvement only in hair texture but besides that there are negative impact on my scalp, Result with Anagrow treatment is inadequate :lot of hair fall and bland patches is visible which is making worst that before state.

Before opting Angrow, it was been clearly discussed about the concerns and hair problems and expressed about experienced of these fake hair treatment clinics.Please do put this into and force me to knock consumer act.

So Please have a look and come out of the effective solutions at the earliest as you people promise to be expertise and provide reliable service.

This is shaik moieen basha and my case id is “hkp01884”. I get under hair transplant surgery for 2 sessions at richfeel, himayat nagar, hyderabad on 27th and 28th august respectively. My contact branch is richfeel, kondapur, hyderabad.

Before surgery, they have taken all tests and all were positive and i also confirmed with dr. Rohit that there will be no harm or reaction after the surgery and he respond me in positive as well. The surgery went well but after 3 months there is a black thick layer formed on the surgery area and it is spreading slowly all over the head. I am feeling little pain and losing hairs on surgery area. It is really scary for me and i am afraid what will happen next to my head.

I contacted with dr. Rohit and explained the above problem with sending him the pics of impacted area of my head, he advised me the prescription but the problem is recovering. So, dr. Rohit referred me to another doctor. Then i contacted with richfeel, kondapur, they suggested me to see dr. Karthik. I consulted with dr. Karthik and explained the problem in person and he said me that it may be infection or fungal formation. He also prescribed me the medicines, i am taking the medicine on time as prescribed but still there is no improvement in the problem.

Due to the above said problem, i need to roam himayat nagar to kondapur branches, spending my hard earned money into medicines even after the surgery. I have took 1 year medicines from richfeel but the doctors are saying not to use them now. If these medicines are not for the treatment then why they made me purchased? I thought richfeel is a good and trustable hair transplant center but i am feeling sad because i could not get good results out of my surgery. Now, i am feeling like i have wasted my total money into surgery. Before surgery, i was doing good but after surgery i am facing the issue and friends are asking about the infection by looking my head it makes feel embarrass. Sometimes it heel. Who were the responsibility for the above problem. I don't feel from last 8 months i get a hair after transportation.

Please do provide the solution to my problem as soon as possible or else refund money. It is really frustrating me and i am not able concentrate on my job. I am totally lost my money after this surgery done no any doctor should be taken my case in hyderabad branches. Richfeel is totally unsatisfied for me and lost my time and money.

Please see the below pics how ugly it's looking. Make sure me to give well treatment for me to prevent this infection. Otherwise i will go through any action about.

WEIRD DOCTOR WITH ZERO RESULTS...AFTER UNDERGOING TREATMENT FOR 6 MONTHS FOR HAIRFALL REDUCTION AT SATELLITE CENTRE, AHMEDABAD . THERE WAS NO REDUCTION IN HAIRFALL..ON QUESTIONING the MAIN DOCTOR AFTER 6 MONTHS OF TREATMENT, WHAT THE DOCTOR TOLD ME WILL AMAZE YOU...its given below:-

1)My hair quality is thin and so new hair growth is not possible 2) 20-30 strands hair fall is normal /day and nothing to worry 3) the treatment PBT is only for increasing blood circulation in the scalp..!! Now why did he prescribed me PBT then 6 months back as I had gone there for hair regrowth and not for blood circulation. ???

Also their medicine cost will cost Rs[protected] which is very costly .Now .After having lost hair, time and money in such centre which advertises to be trichologist centre, I would advise people to not fall in a trap like me and prevent their hairs from being experimented with by such doctors Rest is your choice...

I went to richfeel last year went to the Delhi location first I bought a patch from them the patch tore in 2 months, First them told me that I can swim and do everything and lead a normal life . I would like to tell everyone these people just lie to get sales . The service is horrible I would not suggest anyone to go to richfeel unless you would like to waste money .

My patch had tore in 2 months while I went to richfeel to get a haircut the stylist told me that there is a hole in the patch and I need to get another one . For the first patch I paid 35, 000 . They said that it was my fault and I sweat too much . I can keep on going on about this .

There customer service is very bad . Please do not enter richfeel as the service is terrible . They really do not know how to treat clients.
Once they get paid they do not care at all.

I had fitted hair system end March 2016. In two months I experienced huge hair loss and scalp was visible. I was told that the product is faulty and needs to be given for analysis. I got the system repaired by doing refilling the hair, and it was very poor quality job. I have anyways started using it . Now again within one month the same issue those refilled hairs have fallen again.
I was promised that it will last for a year minimum.
I need a permanent solution or refund my money back

Main richfeel peddar road apne hairfall ki problem ko le ke gaya tha maine inki medicine ka treatment liya aur sath mein anagrow treatment..abhi 4th week hai treatment ka aur mere baal pehle se bohot zyada kam hogaye hai..inka anagrow treatment ke jo equipments hai wo bohot rough hai jisse mere baal jo thin the wo nikal gaye..jab waha ke doctors se baat kiya to unka answer sir[censored]nka experience batate hai aur apni richfeel company ki reputation..plz support.

I would like to raise my concern pertaining to problems that I have encountered at richfeel hair solution . The experience that have gone through is horribly inexplicable and completely pedestrian to the core. At first place I was quite enamored by its reputation and the prestige which was associated with Richfeel but I experienced diametrically opposite. I completely aghast by the irresponsible and boorish behaviour by your attendant at A/10 basement, Bharati artist colony near Nirman Vihar metro station, preet Vihar metro pillar, no 74 Newdelhi 110092 who first of all done the preliminary investigation and furthermore extracted 20 to 25 hairs from my scalp. Notwithstanding and ironically I have not received a single call to address it further and my problems getting deteriorating day by day. Do you take 15 to 20 days to call back the customers or acknowledge it? If yes then your customer centric approach is downright reprehensible and no body will give you damn consideration in future. Thanks God that I have not underwent treatment at your centre otherwise situation would have disastrous .Thanks god for saving us.
