I took hair removal treatment for different body parts in December 2018 at Bandra reclamation, Mumbai branch. They said 8 sessions would be given although they say unlimited sessions at the time of marketing. After 4-5 sessions I complaint them that there is no significant change but still my complaints were in vain. After 8th session due to my persistence they extended 4 more sessions and this time they changed a bit of their machine parameters. but they were constantly pushing me to have their mainanence sessions. My overall treatment went on for 1.5-2 yrs. due to delay secondary to corona too. I am very much unsatisfied. Not a single part of my body is with less hair as they claim that we will not need waxing or shaving later. but I still need it. In other hair removal clinic likes Dr.Traisis almost 8 sessions are enough for hair reduction and here after 12 sessions to no change we still need waxing, then what's the point . How many sessions you expect customers to have and to take your packages and waste time and money both. you are cheating people. stop it at some level and maintain your brand

    i have issue with manikandan he is very unprofessional and do not want to help me its been 4 month i am asking him to share any senior guy no or emial adress. he is not repling my email, msg, not reponding of the phone no. i have littery frustated about this and yesterday i was think about to file a case on him and file complaint in consumer court. yesterday i got your email id and instagram then i thought to sens you msg first then i will take a further step.

    i have pay 90 thousand and this money i yook on loan. you can imagin at this situation i wont be able to pay back

    please do let me know if you need any other information from me.

    kindly help me to get my money back

        I was told about offer of 90%hair back or money back... But now after payment they denied for offer... And lajpat Nagar center where I was taking treatment.. not able to reply my mail which forwarded to there complaint department... It's going to be month now . And the doctor do not have any answer she is just asking me to wait. Please tell me how much time will it take

          I belong to bbsr ur branch executive had convience to take hair patch for my marriage and I hv no knowledge about hair patch how to maintain my hair patch in day to day life they assured me all can do like as natural hair and I was convienced and installed the hair patch after that I felt some prob and asked to solve the prob but they did not respond properly and not assured to solve the prob. So is Ritchfeel strategy to market their product sell to customer only ?

            Its been almost 2 years that I have completed my hair transplant surgery, still there is no improvement and viceversa I'm getting more bald day by day..I have spent almost 1 lakh rupees and richfeel there is no single follow up call from your company.As my clinic is at Pune, Koregaon park but no follow up call I'm getting from there, even I complained their staff even sent my photos from whats app to them but there is no reply from them . Richfeel I want correct treatment otherwise I will complaint in consumer court .Thank you .

              I had visited the clinic in February 2019 and then the so called doctor in RichFeel, Greater Noida Clinic suggested me to have the Hair Transplant (2 sittings) The amount should have been paid in advance hence I have deposited the amount (Rs 100000 for 2 sittings through my debit card), the details of the card and the receipt is attached. Now my surgery was planned for 16 and 17 March 2019 as per our agreement with the clinic and doctor. My first session was done on 16 March 2019 but then suddenly Doctor could not make it on 17 March 2019, he suggested me to have the second surgery after 6 months. I tried to reach the clinic, doctor but nobody was clearly responding. I asked them about my second surgery to which they asked me to get my some test. After checking the reports, they told me that they can't perform my surgery due to some issue with my report. Now, I am following up with them religiously, through mails, personal visit to different clinics, multiple calls to customer care but no one from RichFeel is in mood to return my money. Please help in getting my money back (Rs 50000) along with the interest as per the RBI guidelines (from 6 March 2019 till the judgement day). The necessary document are attached to this complaint.

                My order ID 540241...I had placed order on 24/10/2020...I had even made payment of my order of Rs.1506.Till date there is no delivery or order...I have called up their call centres and even have sent them dozens of mails but only once replied earlier after that no reply to any mails.Its been almost 24 days but nothing ..neither product, nor any mails or any response.please either deliver product or refund my money

                  The ice cube machine is not working from past two months in Koramangala clinic which is proving a lot of inconvenience. This has been an on going issue and there is absolute no step or action taken. Very very poor customer service this is and highly unacceptable. I request you to kindly have all the issues with machine fixed for me to avail service.

                    Hi,
                    I'm went to richfeel for hair thinning treatment. And they took samples after one week report's came and they suggested ana gain treatment and also with supplements ana DHT, minerals, scalp cleaner, nourishment oil . Here comes part intially doctor follow up good for 4weeks. After that she left another doctor came she also lef, another came she left. Whatever the staff in clinic left and new members came and again same thing happened. Even technician's also changing I mean entire staff not constant. I don't see any results I confused whom I to address. I don't know those people even doctors or not. I got frustrated and contacted in richfeel Facebook page. My treatment plan iterations completed but no result. After contact in Facebook page they extended treatment with treatment called ana grow after one session lockdown started so again I'm taking treatment but after 2iterations they closed entire clinic in kondpur (Hyderabad) without intimation.
                    I .. I lost nearly 45k with medication.

                    I want my money refund. If not I will give police complaint and contact media.

                      It is now almost 50 days since I have lodged my complaint of non-receipt of a product at Richfeel despite making full advance payment of Rs. 5900.00. (non-supply of Cutisine Hair repair -60 Ml Qty 1, Rs.950/-)

                      I have following thru emails and calling Richfeel call centre. All I am getting is email reply that they are looking into the issue. Call centre keep saying they have asked concerned supervisor to look into and he will call to resolve. But there has been no call and no resolution so far.

                      I have been requesting Richfeel to Kindly arrange to immediately refund amount of Rs 950 or supply the product to me and confirm to me.

                      It is unfair to treat a senior lady citizen like this as I am following up regularly with your call centre for last one and a half months and writing email reminders and there has been no action so far. Kindly resolve my issue.

                      Very very poor customer care service of Richfeel.

                            Hi team, i have gone for my hair loss consultation in richfeel tricology center, bansawadi branch, bangalore on 25th aug 2019 with case id # 3482, doctor has suggested me for hair plantation, accordingly i had a discussion with their marketing executive by name mani, and he has explained me about the cost of the treatment and due course of the treatment, also he told me that there was an offer going on now for the treatment with less price and if i pay now it self the offer applies and i can take the treatment at any time and also he promised me that i can cancel the treatment at any time if i am not willing to go for treatment later on. So accordingly i have paid total booking amount of rs.44, 840.00 in richfeel bansawadi branch, bangalore. Later on i have came over some financial commitments and decided to cancel the treatment and refund the paid amount and same has been communicated to to the branch and customer care as well. They were were not coming back to refund the amount. But their executive by name mani clearly told me that i can cancel the treatment anytime if i don’t take the treatment and they will give the money back. But now they are not even responding to return it. I have done multiple follow up with customer care on this issue, but i am not getting any positive response and i have called to that executive multiple times and he not even picking my calls to answer me. The amount is 44, 840/-.

                            Kindly requesting you to help me out on this issue from your end.

                              I have placed the order on 18th August but order shipment shows 28th August. Shipment is still in Maharashtra by today. When I clearly mentioned it is emergency even though the progress is too slow. I don't know when the order will come to Hyderabad. Is it making any sense. I want my amount back. I will go to Richfeel and buy the products in Hyderabad. You told home delivery though I told you that I will buy from the Richfeel Kondapur Hyderabad. Nice delivery I got to use other brand shampoo to use until then. I lost my hair completely. What kind of service Richfeel is providing. Don't fool the customer by false promising your standards.

                                I have paid full amount of 73000rs for Anagrow and TST on August 2019 but they have only gave me 4 sessions so far . They are not even giving my products. They have scammed me and now blocked all my numbers. I need to settle this, with either refinding the amount or legally i shall send them a notice. Need a solution as soon as possible as it is totally fraud.

                                  I went to powai richfeel clinic on 17th march as i was facing severe hair fall. They suggested to go with tst treatment. I paid rs 20, 850. They gave me shampoo, mineral tablets & oil. They asked me to come after 2 days to start with the treatment but immediately post that lockdown started and i never had gone for even one setting it’s been 4 months i’m using shampoo and oil but no improvement i could see. As i have not even started with treatment so i would need refund of my amount as not even a single setting is done. I need the response on this before i escalate it.

                                    I am sending emails since 1 months continue but from your side no any single reply. I want cancel my hair system as well as i purchased from noida clinic. I already informed to your hair dresser mohd khursheed ji. I ordered mono plus systems but due to some skin problems i don't want use continue. I already your patient since 4 years also.                                       I'm trying to contact you from 3 months for hair system cancellation but no any response from your company customer care email. So request you to please do the needful for the same.
                                      I already sent you email so many times.
                                      I already contacted your Noida Clinic where I purchased this mono plus hair system but they suggest me for customer care email but no any response from your customer care email.                                         Dear sir/mam,

                                        I would like to tell you with a very sad heart that i had my hair transplanted to your 'patna' richfeel trichology center on 28.08.19 as i was told that after transplanting the hair will become thicker in 6 to 9 months. It has been almost a year, but hair is very far away, the hair has not grow again. Whereas after the transplant, i used to travel about 150km to get richfeel trichology center for routine checkup. And i got a hair transplant done for my marriage with great confidence but you guys broke my trust. Next i would like to tell you that for the transplantation of this hair a total cost of about rs.85000.00 thousand was spent. But there was no result. And now i came to the conclusion that refund the money i have spent, otherwise you will have to resort to legal action against the richfeel trichology center and will file a case of cheating and fraud. I will further discredit the richfeel clinic center on social media.in reference to this, i am photographing the position of my hair.
