[Resolved] Ride Travel Club — not providing refund

I had booked holiday package for my family but now the company is changing it's policy and asking us for more money in advance. So i went through their website and read the refund policy which clearly states that we will get a refund of 92% and 8% will be deducted, so i called the manager of the company and asked him to cancel my booking and send me the refunds, but he says that it is not possible.

The company was supportive and has promised to provide me the refund.
