[Resolved]  Ride Travel Club — not providing refund

Ride travel club is fraud company . They have book my package for Andaman Nicobar for Rs. 26, 000 for all & after booking and submitting the advance money they change my package to Rs. 13, 000 per person & 18% GST also without giving me information . Their services are not good also. Their workers don’t know about the packages and they only want to book the package and after booking and submitting the advance money they ask the customers to give more money otherwise they cancel your booking and not refunding your all money .
They book my package for Rs. 26, 000 & Flight Charges Rs. 46, 000 for 4 adults and 3 children . I submit Rs. 57, 000 for flight and half of package amount in advance but they don’t book my flight ticket and ask me to give more money . I was totally feeling con man . I said them to refund my flight booking amount but they told me to refund that after deduction of 23% and after 21 days but at their site they mention that “ The 18% deduction is the deduction of cancellation charge of the tour package.” Finally I had to book with them in 13, 000 per person but their services are not good . I have their call recordings and emails . I will use that in consumer court against Ride Travel Club .
Please don’t book with Ride Travel Club D Block Sector 2 Noida 201301 U.P., INDIA .

This is a fraud company. They will promise everything. I had booked for a hyderabad trip in sep 2018. as per their direction made a advance payment. after advance they asked for 50% of the total cost for getting the hotel voucher as confirmation. once i paid the 50%, they asked for 100% payment . after several communication, finally i made 100% payment and asked my tour confirmation and hotel vouchers, which is as per their itinerary. But they again asked for GST changes and their service charges. I cancelled the programme and asking for refund. First they hesitated to refund the amount. after several communication they refunded the amount but not fully.
I again asked for the reason, but till time no reply.

Its a cheating company, please dont do any payment.

This is vaijayanti rajadksha taken package of ride travel in the name of viruta borkar (sister).firstly given very attractive package and ask for 25 percent advance.when we transfered the amount after some days back they called and change the package.we told that Mr Rohit, Mr Ankit has confirmed me about the package but Mr Rahul told that I m senior and can't give the package in that low price.so we thought of doing only cab package.he orally communicated us the 5 days package n sight seeing.he told us that ur package will be of 12500 inclusive all taxes.no other charge will be taken.
Evening time he again called us n told that this is the last day offer.u have to pay 100 percent amount.so he asked for pending 10250.we thought transferring of as he would be giving us the confirmation by mail.
We transfered the amt n he has given the confirmation next day.
He whatup me the cab service number before the journey.so I called that person and his name was minaz.he has given me totally opposite package.ie 80 kms n 8 hrs.and if exceed 150 rs per hour and 13 rs per km.
I called Mr Rohit n ask him that u never told me about this package, he started arguing.
So pls don't trust on ride travel club and i[censored] are willing to take package take confirmation on mail.

They don't give clear confirmation on mail.pls be alert as many says that it is fraud company.
If we as a customer n we r cheated then it is our right to say.Even their employees what they commit they never fulfill.
After paying such a big amt.i have to pay extra amt.what they offered, the same package the same package I was getting in 7000/- so I m in loss.
Be careful i[censored] go for ride travel package.
service was pathetic also the attitude of the branch manager n all staff.

They are cheating the people with lucrative offers in the beginning but afterward they snatch each and everything.
