I had ordered a cake online for about Rs.1500/-, for 1Kg strawberry cake. the company told that my area cannot be serviced but they later reverted telling that i can pay online with an additional amount and the cake would be delivered. after paying the amount online, the painful part started. when contacted, the rep told me that the cake would be given at the railway station and i need to come and collect the same. i went to the railway station and there was a person who handed me the cake. to my horror, it was a local cake shop with cheap cake inside, costing not even Rs200/-. when accosted, the man handing over the cake told me to complain to the company and he could do nothing about it. when I spoke to the company rep i contacted earlier, there was a lady who spoke very rudely to me and told me that the pink colour in the cake itself meant that it was strawberry cake. i wrote to the company but no response from them. this company is a cheat and has played fraud with the belief in the online system.
