[Resolved] Royal Sundaram General Insurance — incorrect information on renewed health insurance policy | |||||
I renewed my health insurance policy and when i received the revised documents i found that incorrect information was included in the policy. I wrote to customer stating the incorrect information in policy on 31 aug but till now haven't received any email from them. I have done multiple followups with the customer care over emails and over phone but no resolution was given to me. Whenever i called customer care every time they just listen the query and disconnects the call. Pathetic customer care. They will do the same when filing a claim Was this information helpful? | |||||
