Royal Sundaram General Insurance — request for cashless facility by nanavati hospital is not being attended

My father has an insurance policy with Royal sundaram since 15-20 yrs. The policy is renewed every year in the month of october. He has been admitted in the hospital for a stroke.The hospital has been following up with their customer service/claim department since 4 days for cashless claim after mailling all the required documents but there is no response.
On calling up their customer service desk, its informed that they have forgotten to update the policy in their system .Does it take 2 months to update a policy when renewal payments are made well in advance before a month in september?

Need the claim department of Royal sundaram General insurance Co Ltd (www.royalsundaram.in/ customer.[protected]@royalsundaram.in)to immediately resolve the matter and get in touch with Nanavati hospital and clear the bills. The estimated amount has already been given to them.

The hospital has been following up everyday for the payments but Royal Sundaram General Insurance company (customer.[protected]@royalsundaram.in) nor [protected]@mediassist is replying to them nor me.Ticket number is [protected].

Mr Rajesh Gopal claiming to be from Royal Sundaram General Insurance has been following up with me since 2 days regarding this complaint. The number ([protected]) he is using to call me is listed as a spam number. Please confirm if he is working with Royal Sundaram.

The doctors at Nanavati hospital have signed the discharge papers yesterday (15/01/2020) but Royal sundaram is not settling the bill. They are sending fresh queries and requests. All the requests have been attended to since the past 18 days.
Every day spent extra in the hospital will be charged to Royal sundaram for their inefficiency and non cooperation.
