Royal Sundaram General Insurance — request for cashless facility by nanavati hospital is not being attended | |||
My father has an insurance policy with Royal sundaram since 15-20 yrs. The policy is renewed every year in the month of october. He has been admitted in the hospital for a stroke.The hospital has been following up with their customer service/claim department since 4 days for cashless claim after mailling all the required documents but there is no response. On calling up their customer service desk, its informed that they have forgotten to update the policy in their system .Does it take 2 months to update a policy when renewal payments are made well in advance before a month in september? Need the claim department of Royal sundaram General insurance Co Ltd (www.royalsundaram.in/ customer.[protected]@royalsundaram.in)to immediately resolve the matter and get in touch with Nanavati hospital and clear the bills.
