(Vpc[protected] we had complained for our vehicle tire which was genuinely damaged but even after survey and promise to replace they first say this specific company tire is not available so we agreed on a similar value tire of a different make, now they are making excuses they cannot pass the insurance did not expect this from a reputed organization like royal sundaram, we were better of with icici lombard, as we don't know already have transferred 2 vehicles in their insurance company, kindly help to resolve the issue.
