I had purchased my motor vehicle in August 2019 for which I have not received the RC Book from the RTO, Pune.

I went to collect the same on 20/08/2021 to Pune RTO Office. Official person at RTO office told me that, RC is not returned to RTO by post office and sent me to GPO Pune to collect the RC Book.

GPO officer checked and found the records of RC book in computer but told me to check with regional/area post...

To draw your attention I hereby mentioning that,
the officer incharge of driving test at RTO office, Chandikhol, Odisha, 755044, is taking bribe to pass the applicant for Driving Licence. They are doing all illigal activities and asking for bribe. Track of the driving test is not as rule. They have made a track of their own which is not legally approved. And those who doesn't like to give any bribe shortly they disqualifying them.
Please take an immediate action, people are suffering for these culprits.

PUC Code MH0470066 is charging Rs 60 for PUC of two wheeler for 6 months, actual charge as per provided Bill copy (form 59) is Rs 35 but i was charged rupees 60, kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.

My driving license is valid howver I don't have original copy. I visited Nanded RTO office they gave me one copy which one photocopy I have is attached. But Pune RTO office is said this kind of copy is not valid tell to Nanded RTO office send online back log. I mailed so many times to Nanded RTO office but they r not responding.Pune RTO as well Nanded RTO office is not helping me in getting the duplicate license. No one is guiding properly and it is stuck from long time. I visited so many times at Pune RTO office but they r not helping me at all.

I have applied for learning licence online and even paid 950/- but unable to give learning test due to an error - YOU HAVE CROSSED THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF FACE AUTHENTICATION ATTEMPTS. The RTO Jurisdiction is Farrukhabad.

I applied my father's DL renewal and got all the steps required at his end completed by[protected] and its been one month since the appointment for photo was completed, yet the license is under process at RTO level. I want to understand how much time do they need to complete the process after taking the photo and completing the process by consumer.

Don't they have a turn around period to finish their work?

Also I want to understand why there is influence of brokers at RTOs and how come they ask money for processing the documents when everything is supposed to be completed online.

This is seek your kind attention towards that I Kartikey Tripathi resident of Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh had applied for Driving Licence (DL) through online mode with Application Number -[protected] is facing the below described problem:

I gave my DL test on[protected] and passed the same. My DL has already been printed on[protected]. But it has been a week since my DL smart card was printed yet it has not been dispatched. I need my DL ASAP so that I can drive adhering to the traffic rules also my DL will support me as my identity medium.

My car registration no is DL2CAG4898 I Filed complaint in vahan website.application no is DL/2/VH/20082021/1869805.I have not recieved any revert from RTO till yet .Kindly resolve my isssue .i will be very much thankful to you.My car regisatering authority is ipestate and that has been closed because all the RTO work has become ONLINE.I went there but nobody was there .i am in very much tension whom to meet and how to remove my vehicle from blacklist.I WENT TO THE CONCERNED POLICE STATION ALSO THEY TOLD ME THE FIR WHICH IS REGISTERED IN VAHAN APPLICATION THAT WAS IN THE NAME OF OTHER PERSON.THEN I CHECKED ONLINE IN COURT WEBSITE AND I FOUND THAT FIR IS REGISTERED IN THE NAME OF SOME OTHER PERSON.SO MY CAR IS UNNECESSORILY BLACKLIST BECAUSE OF THE WRONG DATA ENTERED IN VAHAN APPLICATION PLEASE RECTIFY IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .I WILL BE VERY MUCH THANK FUL TO YOU.

FIR NO IS 251/17 AND THE COURT PNR NO FOR THIS CASE IS DL2SW[protected].AND THE CASE HAS BEEN DISPOSED ALSO.

As in delhi only learning liscense has been sarted and we have toh give an online test.
But yesterday suddenly my password came for the test but's its ok that was not the problem when i sit toh give the test. The website is not AUTHENTICATING my photo i tried very much in every position best light facility in my house but it didn't recognize and the 10 attempts was over so next day that means today i visited the RTO but there was none to tell meh what to do they just told us to on that counter go on that counter and my fees is paid my documents are successfully submited but i am not able toh give the test.
So i wanted to know about what toh do next and how toh give the learning liscense test.

Online application for Change of Address and IDP was submitted and fees was fully pain online. On visiting RTO, they mentioned that first only Address change needs to be done, only then IDP, for which I have to visit the RTO again. I can not visit again due to travel. I had applied for address change for my existing LMV valid license and simultaneosly appeared for & cleared MCWG driving test on 6h April 2021.

My application status still shows 'APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL' as 'PENDING'. (Application No: [protected] and Appl Date :[protected]

I was told it should take around 2-3 weeks but It's been over 4 months now. I have also submitted my MCWG smart card license.

I've recently applied for NOC of my car from RTO Kanpur Nagar but they have mentioned wrong reason on my NOC due to which now I need to again visit RTO for getting it changed, and again the entire process will be repeated.

But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 &
3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.
