Myself naveen kumar serving in indian army, i was booked a bolero pickup to transport my household items from bhuna, haryana to jabalpur, madhya pradesh via agra on 13 jun 2017 in rs 12, 000/-. I book through vandana packers & logistics, hisar (Haryana). One of the partner of vandana packers and logistics is ganpati road carrier (Address: behind shree ram dharam kanta, bhanu chowk, delhi by-pass road, hisar, haryana) named hari chand sharma gives promise to transport my household items within four to five days. But till date i didn't received my items. Whenever i ask him about my transport he always giving excuses. I already paid advance fees of my transport i. E. Rs 10, 000/- on 14 jun 2017 through net banking.

At crawford market, mumbai 3, right in front of bombay glassware three individuals named farook, ibrahim qureshi and some kasai mohalla local gunda illegally occupied parking space by bolting a metal strap on the ground and tied it with steel chains so no one can park their cars and the locked and have the key. They have the key and they are not afraid of police and they are not listening to residence of that building. Take some action because they recently bought ola cab and not allowing anyone to park, it is purely illegal to occupy road side area as their parking

Sir/mam i am having problem against our near by rto that is alirajpur (M. P) the employers and the workers don't give us satisfying respond whenever we go there to submit the files they don't accept it and the employer i. E mr. Nirmal kumrawat sir his response is really very bad. His response to dealers are not really good. Mr. Kumrawat even avoids the phone calls and messages. And never ever available in the office. And u say us where to give these files.

Dear sir,

On 4/06/2017 i made a online payment of rs. 350 for new new learner's licence of my brother. But due to sunday no confirmation was received. On the day of ll test the status of fees payment of rs. 350 is pending. I was also paid in cash to cashier. Than after i saw that online payment also confirmed. So there is twice payment of rs. 350.
Online transactions ref. 17098470ik00ezgrq6 transfer to 32623.
I was enclosed attachment cash payment receipt and bank account statement.
I would appreciate it if you would refund of payment of rs. 350.

I have hero honda passion bike regestered in maharashtra navi mumbai.
I have shifted to surat (Gujarat) and i want to transfer my bike to gujarat state.
I have noc from navi mumbai rto office.
Bow surat rto is saying bikw will not b transfer to gujarat state. Bring residenc address prrof of non city.
I have flat in surat godadra. From where i will bring non city address proff???

Myself mrs. Sucheta kulkarni, wants to complain against a rickshaw driver. His rickshaw no is mh 12 ct 6628. From lal bahadur shastri road pune to e-square theater, university rd pune, he was near above me driving very roughly. He was not following lane system. Suddenly, without showing indicator he turned from left to right side. The horn he fitted in his vehicle is truck/heavy vehicle horn, which he continuously blowing.

I hereby requesting you to take a strict action against concern person.

I have given my driving test for two wheeler at boriwali rto on 04-may-2017 & passed the test. And it was informed by rto agent that license will come directly through postal service within 7 days. It has been 1 month now but i am not able to track my license.
Earlier rto agents use to ensure proper delivery of license since it was hand delivered to them. But now neither agents are taking responsibility nor our rto authority have any information centre regarding the same. People are suffering & struggling.

Attached my registration challan.

I gave the learning licence test on 9th june and the result was pass... But later when i went to collect my licence i. E on 12th june... The simply said we are not able to find your licence and we cant do anything about it now (They just misplaced it and were acting like its not their fault). Their simple remark was meet the head mam on 19th june. It is now a truth only on government organisation can act without bribe... (I did my licence on my own). This rto gives learner licence at 4pm only means i have to leave every work behind and go... This is not done help to get my misplaced lisence

Please provided information about rc book. I have apply new rc book last 4 month but still not # rc book and no any response for rto bharuch office please help me how to get my rc book.
And how many days after come my rc book???

If yes then which RTO office. My DL was issued By Mumbai west RTO but during online address change request I have mistakenly selected the Borowali RTO.

Applied for two weehler license in first week of feb 2017. Mh 02 rto andheri west.
Followed the online process where at the end we get a receipt which says "you have to come on so and so date and the time slot.
Finally the date came on 5th june 2017. At the time of first step that is payment of 210 rupees they said you have to convert it on some site (Now what does that mean was totally not sure) so has to approach a local shop which are near to rto where they took 300 per application convert.

Then after 2 hours we went back paid the amount get the photo session done and finally when at the time of document verification we were rejected stating insufficient address proof.

They want aadhar card address proof which comes via post. So in my case i showed the one which came by post which was on my old address and when we changed the address the second time it didn't came via post but we have to download thru site and get it laminated.

Now here if these government people have commonsense they would have surely approved rather asking for others address proof which we don't have.

After our entire day struggle there we finally didn't got thru and the next available date is somewhere in november 2017.

Not sure what to state further but it totally nuisance.

Hi,

I purchased a new car from maruti and went in rto bhiwani to submit registration papers of new car.
But e-disha centre guy denied to accept documents and said we need to submit it to maruti itself.
Now maruti is charging rs 65k approx with some extra fees where as if i submit it directly it will 6% of ex showroom price which comes to rs 43k.

Why i will give extra 22k and how can they deny their duty?
It means its a open black marketing where they are also taking some commission from them

This is with reference to the unjust and false penalty being levied on me by rto prasad gorule from santacruz division. Below is my submission

On 24th may, 2017 i was driving from borivali east western express highway to santacruz west in my swift dzire (Vehicle no mh02 bt 2503) at around 6.45 pm. While i was driving, i accessed my google map for a direction to santacruz juhu (Through irla flyover), which i believe is very common in almost every car.
The said officer above caught me and asked me stop, which was just 2 mins before the goregaon oberoi flyover. I politely told the officer that i was just putting the destination in my google map, to which he later asked me to be careful and asked me to leave. However, it is quite shocking to know that i have been booked for multiple traffic violations, as given below:

1. 250 (A) /177 mva - using mobile phone while driving - i have already explained my reason above.
2. 3 (1) / 181 - driving without valid mdl - i had shown him the driving license along with car papers as well, than why this penalty being levied on me?
3. 179 - disobedience of orders of instruction of police - please explain the term disobedience as i had done everything the officer had asked me to do and on his permission i was asked to leave without a penalty and only a warning.
4. 184 - driving recklessly or dangerously - there was heavy traffic on both the lanes due to ongoing metro work, and i was driving at a speed of 30 kms/ hour. How does this be termed as driving recklessly or dangerously? My car was moving on the 4th lane.

From all the above penalties, no 1 is the only logical penalty for which i am willing to pay the fine, however for point 2, 3 and 4 are completely unjust, unfair and illogical. If these were the case, he should not have let me go yesterday.

I would suggest the traffic authorities to view the cctv footage of this entire episode. I am also attaching the copy of the penalty receipt for your kind perusal.

It is quite unfair that traffic officers are taking law abiding citizens for granted by misusing their powers.

I have written the above issue to the helpdesk email id available at maharashtra road traffic department ([protected]@gmail.com), followed by a reminder mail. Till date, i have not received any feedback.

I look forward to justice from you and hopefully such incidence does not happen again to any other citizens. You can call me anytime for any query regarding this situation.

This is tushar darekar. I was in pune rto for two wheeler license on 3 june 2017.
My request:

1. Remove unlegal pvt xerox center
2. Prevent entry for rto agent in rto office vishrantwadi.
As i saw directly agent working instead of government employee. They allow for agent directly in office but did not allowed other people's.

As there is xerox rate is 10 rs per page
So suggestions can u please open government xerox center there?

Dear sir/madam,

I took noc from rto ghaziabad (Up) for transferring my bike to pune.
I submitted the required documents in rto pune and paid amount of "12, 972" rupee as road tax on july, 2016 in rto pune.
But i haven't got the registration till now.

In last 6 months, i went to rto pune many times, but they don't give any reply about my bike registration.
Few times, they told me to pay road tax again as the system is online now and i have paid road tax when system was offline.
During this period, i hired two agents. They duped me and took money but did nothing.

I am stuck in this situation where even after paying complete road tax, i am not able to register my bike.
Please find attached the documents (Bike rc, road tax receipt from rto pune and noc from rto ghaziabad).
Please help to resolve the problem as i don't know what to do in such situation.

Autodriver pull keys from moving bike for not wearing helmet.
Ka 19d2831 this driver had the guts to remove bike key in the middle if the road while we were driving.. I am from kerala and have completed my course in mangalore. So my friend came to pick me up from station and he didn't wear a helmet. When we reached jyothi this autodriver took the key from our bike and gave it to traffic police.. If this was in kerala he would be in the hospital. This guy needs to be dealt firmly as reports of death has been confirmed due to police taking key from moving vehicle and this wasn't a traffic police but an autodriver. I wish i could slap the hell out of this guy but i wasn't doing it because of lack of knowledge regarding this. Please do consider and take immediate action against this guy who could have caused a death. I seriously wish i had a chance to see this guy one more time.
