Sir i am from west bengal residing in durgapur.I purcahsed a bike and went to RTO office for documents needed for name transfer.He said he require only voter crad but sir i have PAN card, Adhar card, Driving License of current address but then also he refused to do.Sir how it can be that RTO can ask for an individual document.PLease help!!Thank you.

This is to bring to your notice that when i was applying for Learners license online on the Parivahan website, in the fee payment column, i paid the required amount of Rs.200, on the 4th of April by 10:30am.

The amount is debited from my account and i have got a receipt number ( ES/2044) as well for the same. The status of the application is completed in all the fields.

But the payment is still in pending status,...

Hello Im a resident of mumbai. I recently applied for driving license through the online sarathi portal.. It all started in month of september 2016. i applied for the learning licence at RTO wadala MH03 and after follwing all the procedures if finally gave my driving test on november 20th 2016. i was informed that i will be getting the permenant driving license within a time span of 30 days at my home address. Its been 4 months now, i didnt got it yet. I approached the post office to check if they have any info. even i checked with RTO wadala but poor response from them as they said it would be sent out shortly without giving any proper information. The online portal was initiated for transperancy. The worst part is there no way to track down the driving license online neither there is any contact numbers where in we can call and get any sort of info. And visiting RTO office is of no use as they really are unwilling to give any info. whats the use of taking a step of making the issuance procedure of DL online. Rather than this the earlier way of appointing an agent worked well. atleast they took responsibility to make sure we get our DL on time. Is this all because the extra bribe that RTO officers use to get has stopped now. thats why they jst lazing around and not doing there job sincerely. this issue is not one of a case. there are thousands of people who are facing the same issues you can see lots of complaints addressing the same issue. hopefully i atleast get some sort of response.

Hello Grievance I have taken new Bajaj Avenger 150 street bike on 14th Feb 2017 from KANASE AUTOLINES Satara Post receiving bike and taking huge follow up showroom ask me to come for passing in March’17. Finally they have pass my bike on 24th March’17 but they still not provided me any documents regarding my passing also still I have not received bike number. Dally I taking follow up with Showroom but they don’t have courtesy to pick my call. They are provide pathetic service. I humbly request you to take strict action against that showroom.

I was traveling today in a rickshaw as usual, however today I encountered one of the worst rickshaw drivers ever. He even used abusive words against my mother to insult and humiliate her. He created a show for no reason. All I did was get down on the way to buy a cake which literally took me less than 2 or 3 minutes. And he was rude since we got in. Insulting and abusing me is one thing, but my mother is another thing. His Rickshaw number is "MH 02 RA 0411" and his name is Sandeep. He is dark guy with semi bald hairline, round specs and pissed off look on his face. Rest of the info is available on the pic I took of his registration plate.

When i filed my New Learning license form it asked me for aadhar card!
aadhar card it imminent now for all institutions
I have no other residence proof than aadhar card!
Have even paid fees to get my aadhar card
Then why surat(pal) rto is not accepting my aadhar card as valid proof ?
How to get my address proof done now ?
What is the purpose of asking aadhar card or standing in line to get aadhar card when the government officials are saying its not a valid proof!
Please improvise the services provided !

My licence for two wheeler was expired on 1/3/2017 with rto, ahmedabad.

i booked online appointment for renewal on 28/2/2017 and given date 1/4/2017 .

on 1/4/2017 my licence was renewed by rto, ahmedabad with the fees of rs.1500, which is totally wrong as renewal fee is set at rs.200.

pl clarify the mistake done at rto ahmedabad and do needful

The RTO jamnagar staffers leave office before 1330 hrs almost daily and there is no one to tend to any customer from that time till late evening when they come down to close the office.

This has been the state in weekdays as well as working Saturdays.

Even today, 01 Apr 2017, I have been waiting to give a test for learning licence since 1330 hrs in front of the office but being useless as always for all the customers of JAMNAGAR, the staff has-been saying the inspector has gone for lunch.
Albeit lunch timings here are 1430 to 1530 hrs.
And it's 1530 already, but the invigilator is not here since last 2 hours already.

I wish to see the matter is taken seriouslyand some punctuality is set In The wheels of the Men responsible for law and order atleast.

Sir i am a wholesale cloth merchant located in singhana. Delivery of my goods is made by drtc trnasport. The agent of said transport located in singhana charges excess fare of rs. 50-100 as mentioned in invoice. I have complaint to drtc head office and branch office but there is no response.

I had paid my fees for 2 wheeler Driving License and passed the test on 7th January 2017 from Borivali RTO{MH-47}.The Fees were revised from this day and I had to pay rs.600-700 as it was the revised fee for 2 wheeler license.5 days back i have received a message from RTO saying "Please come to RTO and pay the pending fees".Which fees are this?I have already paid the complete fees.trying to reach out their number but the phone is just ringing.Please do resolve this on priority and let me know as i want my license.Its going to be 3 months now.

I am an Air Force offr and have DL issued by Nagpur RTO expiring on 01 May 2019.

I applied for a Driving license under the provision that I have a Defense (Air Force) license issued to drive Motorcycle with gear and LMV. The application No for DL is 83800317.

I paid the fee of Rs 600 and attached all the documents i.e Defense ID and address proof.

I visited the RTO at Faridabad thrice with the application form. However, none of the person there know how to process the case.

I now have no choice but to follow the lengthy procedure of applying the learners license and DL thereafter.

I attendend the DL Test today monday 27/03/2017. I was in DL test ground exact 9 AM in vamjoor mangalore. But after waitng 3 hours One inspector came by white color swift car. Then he started rudely with everyone. Vamanjoor driving track was one of toughest track in india. Even in ground one small shelter was available. That is not enough for crowd. There is no toliet facilities in the ground. KIndly i requested to you please do the needful for atleast Inspector should come on time. After waitng 3 hours in Hot sun in mangalore city most of the person is feeling frustrated. After that like such kind of inspector behave, most of person is loosing their confidence.

I, kali shankar das went through driving test on 21.12.2016 and passed the exam. After prolonged inquiry I was told by INDIRANAGAR RTO, Bangalore that my DL was completed and my DL number is KA[protected] & sent through post on middle of february 2017 but till march end it is not received by me nor they are giving me the tracking id of post. the handwritten DL number from one of their staff named SMT PHILOMENA is attached. Their non-co-operation is something that a citizen should not feel. sometimes they say it is sent by post but they are unable to give the tracking details, sometimes they are simply turn their head and walking away from the question very smartly

agent log h, jo bolte h k lao me kam karwa deta hu. koi 1800 to 2000 to 1500 ki demand kr rahe h.sir me yah jan na chahta hu k agent k bagir hum se official
tarike se kam nhi hoga kya ?

The RC book of my bike "MH12ND5833"registered in june, 2016 is not yet received. I tried to contact the RTO but they never answer call. Also their mobile app is not working. Please provide my RC book as it is almost 9 months and no updates.

Dear Sir,

The RC of my vehicle had been issued from RTO Pune to my address, 8, Sindh Housing Society, Aundh, Pune-411007 on 5th Oct'16 through speed post vide C.N. EA[protected]IN, but I have not yet received this packet.

When I went to the Post Office, they told packet is delivered, but not given the POD. As per my record at the above address, no one has received this packet.

Looking forward to your immediate action to get this issue resolved so that I can receive my RC card.

Today ie mar.15, 2017, i visited rto, ajmer at 12 noon to appear for my online test for learner"s license which had been fixed for 1.00 pm - 1.30 pm slot - ref. My application # 67855917 under 'sarathi' scheme under which i had applied online for issuance of learner's licence.

Though i appreciate 'sarathi' scheme which has drastically eased the earlier cumbersome process and has curbed corruption, i was appalled to see the all round anarchy, absence of help desk, discourtesy of dealing staff towards applicants, visible arrogance of staff, an attitude of shear neglect of duty and above all, condemnation of online system by dealing staff before me and the visitors, resulting in long queues and chaos at nearly all counters.

For getting a simple learner's license (For which i had already applied online), i had to stand in queue at 3 different counters wasting almost an hour due to apathetic, grudging counter staff while the entire process could be handled seamlessly at a single counter.

Rto, ajmer particularly and rtos elsewhere in general must improve and streamline their services to public.

As far as my perception goes, rtos are one of the most hated govt. Deptts because of the incompetence, corruption and discourtesy of their staff, right from peon upwards.

As an aware customer, i demand immediate corrective steps to ensure good governance and top class service to public / customers by rto, ajmer.
