Had dispatched Speed Post via Booking No. SPET[protected]IN from Pondicherry as was urgent but have still not recieved it even after my return i.e. morethan 72 hours from dispatch. As per the speed post booking am entitled for full refund as well as safe delivery of the said article. Please do the needfull or shall be constrained to meet my Advocate for appropriate action.

I had sent speed post with P.O.D. on 28/01/2010 (ET[protected]IN). The recipient has told me that he received the letter only on 09/02/2010. A deplorable 12 day delay for paying extra to get speedy service. Its a shame that acknowledgement card is still not received but my recipients reply has come. Even the online tracking has no information till date. Shame! Shame! Shame!

This is Arun Sharma ,the above mentioned person would like to bring you notice that the auto driver at andheri west from navrang cinema to veera desai road are not ready to drive the auto on meter basis.They are charging of their own.Sometime they asking for 10 Rs per person if there are 4 passengers and sometime 20 Rs per person.I have noted down some of autowalas name plate which are as follows:

I am sending you all this information with the hope that you people will definitely do the needful and take some legal action regarding this.Actually i want you to teach some good lessons regarding this so that these drivers never dare to act such offences.Also their behaviour of speaking is so vulgar that cant be described here.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We Sent one parcel for Darbhanga, Bihar by Speed Post Article No. EE[protected]IN Dated 02/02/2010. Till now we haven't received the letter. It contains very important documents. Post officer personal are not taking interest on this complaint.
I have checked the status on net where i have found this document has been sent to Kerala instead of Bihar.

Kindly suggest how we will get this parcel. And i want to complaint agt. postal department. So Sugggest where i should give written complaint.

Dear Sir,

I have applied for the police clearance certificate in the Bangalore Regional Passport office, Koramangala on 29/01/2010. In the RPO they said it will be delivered within 7 days and as per that they despactched it on 02/02/2010. But still i have not received it from the postal department. Please do help in this regard as i have to submit the PCC to the embassy at the earliest.

I am an IT employee who needs to change states basis transfers and Business requirements. I recently bought a two wheeler and now i want to get my two-wheeler transfered to Pune. I would be getting the NOC from Barrackpore RTO (WB-24P) and would need to pay the life time tax again in Pune on the new two wheeler, which i had just paid( Rs 6500) while making the purchase of the Vehicle.
Its insane that when ever I change states i have to shell out somewhere around 6500 INR for the same. Its not possible to come back from pune to West Bengal to claim my pro-rated life time tax which I heard the procedure was quite hectic..

Any Suggestions!!
I have a suggestion to have the West Bengal RTO transfer the amount to Maharastra RTO and we good to go!!! Why so many hassles?? Who will fix this-A politican for Elections a Govt official who!!!

Article number:- EE[protected]IN was posted by speed post from LOHARDAGA post office DATED:- 19/08/2009 To Registar PUNJAB TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY DISTANCE LEARNING PROGRAMME JALANDHAR. your delivery report showing movement of article and further no data is available. More than 5 months period lapsed but what is the reason that the article has not been delivered to the address aforsaid. the article having notice in it issued by district consumer forum RANCHI. kindly deliver the article or return it to the DISTRICT CONSUMER FORUM RANCHI giving the details reason that under what circumstances it was not delivered to its destination.

I speed Post very important article on 29.01.10 through Speed Post vide AWB No: EN[protected]IN from Hyderabad to Chandrapur. But Still I didn’t receive the same. I track the same in your on there site.http://services.ptcmysore.gov.in/speednettracking/login.aspx But form 1st Feb. it continually showing the same status. I send mail and also called there customer care number but nobody pickup the phone and giving the reply to my mail.

Sub: Request Signal or Bridge at Sewree (Near Fatima High School)

School children, Senior Citizens and handicapped are at risk each day due to the absence of a traffic signal. Speeding cars from the highway, apply emergency brakes especially before/after school causing high risk to lives. It is vitually impossible for this section of society to cross the road.

Adding to the cause, the recent walk-over bridge has also been broken down.

You are requested to kindly assess the situation and address the problem.

There is an unneccessary and non-functional signal near Sewree Court which can be re-constructed near the school to save lives and a low cost to the Government.

Speed post No. EA[protected]IN from State Bank of India dated 10-dec-2009 is not received as of today (18-naj-2010). SBI tracks it as dispatched on 8-dec-2009. The India Post tracking system declares it as delivered on 11-dec-2009. I have however not received the parcel. It happens to be a new cheque book that can get misused if it gets into the wrong hands !!! I need a resolution to this issue.

Every one knows that LGP is so good in comprision of Petrol to drive Cars in city. I have fitted LPG Kit approved from RTO on 2007 (Costing Rs.13000/-) and go to RTO to endorse the same but the babus of RTO informed me that the endorsement of LPG has been stoped because o[censored]nauthorised use of home cylinder in CAR.

Now, LPG pump for CARs already started in Varanasi for 3 months back, but sir, RTO authorities has not permitted to endorsement of LPG till now.

WHAT TO DO FOR THIS, WHERE GOVERNMENT OFFICERS ARE NOT VIGILENT ABOUT OUR NETURES OR ENVIRONMENT.

I sold my Car Maruti-800 Registration number DL4CG9583 to Rukmani Devi R/o 14-A East Arjun nagar shahdara, delhi-32.

I applied an application to transfer Registration copy of this car to rukmani devi on 11th Nov 2009 but RTO raja garden hasn't transferred yet. I enquired quite frequently and they always said that we lost the old data and requested head quarter to send it to us then only we would transfer.

I spoke to mr Vijender (PH: [protected]) and Nitesh (PH: [protected]) of Raja Garden RTO new delhi many times but they say that they can't do anything until the data is re-loaded from Pravin Gupta in head quarter. After hearing the same statement many times, I decided to launch a complaint against them and request to take stringent action against such ir-responsible act.

Due to this delay, I cannot avail exchange benifit of new car that i purchased on 11th nov. The last date of availaing exchange bonus is 11th Jan 2010 and the amount is Rs 15000. I don't want to bear this loss unnecessarily.

I was shocked to find out on 24th December 2009 that the taxis parked at Powai Hiranandani and IIT Main Gate have stopped plying on meter, they seemed to have formed a cartel and fixed rates for each locations. These rates are not approved by RTO. I lost more than an hour trying to find a taxi which can take me from Powai to Lokmanya Tilak Terminus and charge me as per the meter, In the end I had to relent to their demands for the fear of missing my train. I reached the railway station barely five minutes before the schedule departure of the train and with my family had to make a dash for my Coach, I was actually very proud of the transport services of Mumbai. Such things were rarely heard of in a locality like Powai. It now seems that a new breed of taxi drivers having scant regard or fear of the law are bent on haressing the residents of Mumbai.This should be nipped in the bud before it is too late.

Dear Sir/Madam,
The Computer and related equipment of the Regional Transport of Dehradun , Uttarakhand, which is used for printing Driving Licenses has been not been working properly for a long time due to which the public at large are not being given their permanent driving licenses in proper time.
Kindly see that the printer and all related equipment are in working order so that the General Public is not harrassed and all get their driving licenses in proper time.
You may kindly note that a Driving License is a very important document for all persons.

I will like to point out when a person is caught talking on cell phone while driving he is fined heavely, but i will like to point out that police man on duty ore contantly taking on the phone and while driving also. I will like to ask the concerned why they are not fine and action is not taken.

It is just like that that law makers are ment to brake them.

Please look into the matter.

I am an NRI who returned back after 10years abroad knowing living in india is not as simple & full of chaos.Probably that was love for homeland & brought projects to create 50+ jobs in country BUT now regret coming back because of many experiences i have with RTO faridabad.When i moved back to india I imported my car that i was driving abroad & legally imported it paid excise duty etc(15 days to ship car to india & 3months to get it out of custom & excise department but that's alright i knew indian babus work that way) Problem that is infuriating me in that RTO faridabad can not register the car in last 4 months.Reason Clerk at RTO wants bribe & would do anything everything to not get car registered.Last three months he has been saying that he needs to get an answer to a silly query(ie RTO faridabad does not know how to register a car that was imported) from RTO chandigarh.RTO chandigarh says they have sent the answer but BABU keeps on saying he has not got a reply & keeps on finding all kinds of reason to not do his job!
9 months over all to register my CAR & now almost lost the will to live in india.So i am going back & with me are other jobs that i brought in just because a BABU who is incompetent,corrupt & would not listen to SDM at RTO faridabad.
What should/could i do legally to address this issue & more importantly to resolve this.I am sure this is a normal incident in india but I am SOOOOO pissed of with this any help/suggestions.

As I understood Speed service In India is tacking maxim 3 days time from bangalore to kanpur uttar pradesh ,based on government assurance i had posted on important land doc via speed post SPEK[protected]IN on 8/12/09 from bangalore and called up bnaglaore speed psot help line to tarck the doc and came to know it reached kanput post office on 11th dec 2009 but no one is ready to delivery document on same day and once they followed for delivries local people stopped picking phone [protected] , and again on 12th dec same follw up started and came to know it will be delivred in 1 hrs after that again caaled them answer check the reason from speed post manager then I called phone [protected] and asked for status answer was already delivered on 11th dec then once I asked question why not delivered this in time and told about recent update he said it will delivered do not worry once I given example of private working and their effeceincy and customer handeling way he said thats why he not joined Private so do not expect private services and disconnected the phone Pls note we are your customer and paid premium on services why some is not resposible and aswerable top such type calls pls change attidute and working custure and privatise help line services to ease delivery operation I am tank ful to Ph NO [protected] some how helped me to know the status of tracking

Pls look in to such daly normal complain may be thousand in numbers for you but only one and very important for individual
