My application no is [protected]. I applied for driving license on 19/10/20 and got my learner license on 3/11/20. Thereafter I applied for my driving license with application no: [protected] and it was issued on 18/8/21. I paid the fee of Rs.250 for printing and postal charges as instructed by the officials on 21/3/2022. I have downloaded the softcopy of my driving license(AS27 [protected]) but I have not received my hard copy yet. I checked online and found that the printing of DL in form 7 was done on[protected].
No one informed me regarding the printing fee and after payment of the fees the responsible officials are further delaying the process. It took them 5 months to print DL in Form 7 after paying printing fees.
Every time I visit they just give excuses and ask me to visit the following week. My experience has been worst in this government office. As a research scholar I cannot visit each week for my DL. The whole process has taken almost 2 years and still I have not received my hardcopy of DL.
I request you to accept and forward this complaint and take necessary actions against the concerned officials. Please instruct them to carry out their duties on time responsibly. This excessive delay has caused harassment to the general public. I hope this issue will be resolved soon.

I purchased a bike in 2018 in Mumbai and recently my father got transferred to Jaipur as he is in SBI. While travelling in Jaipur today, I was stopped by a traffic officer in civil dress on the way just before trimurti circle (he himself came on a bike and told me to stop at side) and asked me for my licence. He said to me that my number plate format is wrong whereas my number plate was the same as issued by RTO of Mumbai. On pointing this out, he refused to listen and threatened me to confiscate my licence for 3 months and saying so, removed his civil shirt and traffic police uniform was underneath it. He told me that pay 1000 and I will cut a normal challan. I paid him 1000 but haven't yet received e - challan which points that money went to his pocket.
I would request you to look into this matter.

I am Adnan Siddiqui from Muzaffarnagar up 251001. I purchased a vehicle in 2019. Tata lpt 1512. Vehicle no. UP12BT1483. And this vehicle is finance from chola mandlam finance and investment co. Ltd. Due to some family problems I can't pay my emi on time and in 2021. I surender my vehicle to finance co. My vehicle value is above 15lakh. But finance company officers sale out my vehicle in only 9 lakh. Here is some dispute between finance company and my side. I inform rto authority Muzaffarnagar but the rto Muzaffarnagar tranffer my vehicle without my permission. So I want to registered my complaint against rto Muzaffarnagar

we have done a temporary registration on 28/06/2022 its over 60 days we didnt get PERMANENT NUMBER.We went to RTO office where they are giving reckless answer and not allowing to meet RTO officer and our vehicle has been stopped and police raised a challan for driving without PERMANENT NUMBER please take necesary action and make posible way to relaese PERMANENT NUMBER

Hi,
Myself Shabihul Qamar applied for Learner's License (LL) under contactless service from RTO Ghazipur(UP61) using https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/ website. I passed the online test on 18/8/2022. It has been a week but the status is still saying 'APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY'.
MY application number is 93141922.

There is no contact available where we can contact the authority, please do the needful.

DTO of sirohi ATUL BHARADWAJ,
Giving unfortunate reasons for rejecting the driving license for four wheeler. Firstly giving indicator fault than if that come correct then giving fault for not driving properly in reverse.
Kindly take strict action in this case and on DTO.

I have passed for mcwg driving test on dated 29th june, 2022
But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 &
3) dl dispatch by post.

So kindly request you to speed-up the process for my application.

I have done the payment online for LL test but due to change in address i didnt got the DL and it got cancelled but refund was not received yet, even i have send the mail but no resalution, now i required my refund...

I submitted an online application for International driving permit(Application number: [protected]). As my DL was issued in Tripura, an application for change of address was automatically added in the portal. I paid the fees for both change and address and international driving permit (A total of Rs 1466). But when I went to RTO with documents they said that they can’t process both the requests together and I need to cancel my application. Please help.

The application was submitted to RTO Mumbai West (Andheri).

My Licence (No:GJ06/061875/02) was issued on 13.09.2002 from Vadodara RTO, Gujarat and it is expiring on 12.09.2022.

On 04.08.2022 I have tried to apply for licence renewal through sarathi.parivahan portal but details of my licence not reflecting, hence I have applied for DL Backlog Entry on 04.08.2022 (Application no.[protected]).

After 17 days my DL back log entry verified...

I have applied for a permanent license when 1 month has been completed of my learner's license .
Slot allotted is on 24/8/2022 12:30 AM - 2:30 PM.
I have reached ayodhya RTO at 12:45 AM.
They official at the counter told internet is down and verification of the document will resume after 1 hour. Then after like 30 minutes another official informed all the people standing in the queue internet will not resume for another 2 hours .
So here I am at Ayodhya RTO waiting for like 3 hours and still no Internet access at 2:18 PM 24/8/2022.

On 22.08.2022 i have received SMS from MORTH that my application verified Successfully.

From last 02 days i am trying for Renewal of DL through online portal, after filling of all the licence details a message reflects which says DL details are not available.

After 17 days my DL back log entry confirmed and how come this same message appears that details are not available. If online systems are not working properly than why the government is pushing for digitalization.

My licence issued from Vadodara, Gujarat & presently i am staying at NOIDA, UP and it is not practically possible for me to renew license physically from Gujarat.

Kindly resolve the issue.
