Dear sir,
I Shri Pralhad Vasant Dolas, leaning in Naigaon (W) Dist:- Palghar, Taluka :- Vasai. During pandemic all were shutdown including public transport. After re opening of shops malls rickshaw services were also started in our area. The fare was carried with double rate due to limited passengers restrictions. The rate was frame by RTO for autorickshaw was till lockdown. But this rickshaw drivers are carrying the same rates till now without any change.
1) Before Lockdown the fare of auto from Naigaon Station (West) till Papdy was Rs 12 per seat, but now onwards they are charging Rs. 30 per seat. And when we tell them to reduce the rates they are arguing with us. RTO has also order to reduce the rates still they are not reducing.
I request the concerned authority to look in to this matter and kindly reduce the rates, or start the meter rickshaw.

I have given for RC RENEWAL and RC owner change request in January end. Till now I have received nothing. My Bike never went for Inspection. I’m in continuous contact with my agent/Driving school person, he is saying ARTO John B Misquith of Bantwal RTO(KA 70) is not issuing applications, and playing with us.
What happens if I met with accident and have to claim insurance? Will Mr ARTO provide that? All my documents are clear, everything upto date and submitted to him. Still I can’t do anything. About to do another Emmission Test without RC. Bike is sitting in my home from past 9 months, because if I run without proper documentation I may get into trouble with RTO routine checking personals or If I met with accident I may have to bear everything while I’m in hospital. All because of one officer.

Reasons I have received till date for late renewal
* RC BOOK should be converted into PVC (reasonable )
*Too many renewals are pending at RTO (?)
*PVC for RC shortage (somewhat reasonable)
*Busy

This is not just my problem. Even one of my friend facing same issue. His RC RENEWAL and owner transfer is also pending from 7 months. For his hypothication cancellation of Car took 20days. On other hand my wife did Hypothication Cancellation of her Scooter in Mangalore RTO within 2 hours of process.

I’m requesting you to show me proper way to proceed.

One more thing. ARTO Mr John B Misquith’s driving license issueing methods are questionable. According to what I heard from my wife, he completed 4 persons Driving test within 3-4km range of driving. Around 12-15people withing 30-40min time. Din’t ask any questions or checked for proper driving skills(still she can’t drive my car properly after getting license)

My driving licence got approved on 8th June, 2022 from that day till now I'm getting same thing "printing of DL in form7". It's been more than 90 days, I haven't seen any progress in printing yet. I don't know how long it gonna take.
Please help me with this issue.

Today, I visited the barrackpore RTO in Kolkata for driving licence test.
My experience was very poor with this, there was no board to explain the rules of test, neither anyone explained the test rules properly, on asking they don't even provide proper explanations and failed me after giving some of their reasons.

It is a very difficult and bad experience if you go without any broker.

There must be atleast some board to explain the rules atleast

I have submitted the the request of new license. I have also passed of all required things like driving / paper but after the same I have not received the DL by courier since long time

Application number - [protected] submitted on 11 Aug 2022, and processed on 12 Aug 2022 is still with processing at RTO level from a month. Application was submitted at RTO, Kasturinagar, Bengaluru.

I was said that we would get the DL at our home address in a month time, but see no progress from where it started for a month.

Could you please review and help to speed up the process .

On 07/06/2022i gave test for permanent driving licence test and i have successfully passed the exam at AS12 sonitpur rto, but till now its showing pending status for printing of driving licence on form 7 and dispatch of driving licence on website saarthi. Nic. So i kindling request you to update the details as fast as possible. Its much urgent. Approval of dl has already been completed on 09/06/2022. So please do printing fast and update it as fast as possible. Please pay your valuable attention towards my request.

This is regarding the following 2 challans reflecting on the website against my LMV registered against MH03DX2498;

1. MUMCM[protected] dated 11th Feb 2020 amounting Rs. 1000

2. MUMCM[protected] dated 05th Feb 2020 amounting Rs. 500

You are requested to verify the same and remove the challans as the photos mention a 2 wheeler whereas the number have been registered in March 2022 for my LMV.

We have been already harrased by RTO police for these challan and threatened that our RC would get cancelled. We have already paid to the RTO officers 3 times. Yesterday was the 3rd time at Ghodbunder naka bandi at 6pm where we were asked to pay a fine of Rs. 25000 and were released after paying Rs.3000 in cash. After paying cash when we asked to Online receipt the RTO officer refused to provide a challan online instead asked to surrender the car papers.

Also both challans are not on MParivahan app but are visible in www.mahatraffichallan.gov.in

I am Ashutosh Bansal . I have applied for my learners license and all formalities have completed . But it is still pending to approve by the authorities . plese resolve my issue. application number -[protected]

During POLLUTION RENEWAL the system shows registered to multiple rtos, due to this problem I am unable to renew my VEHICLE Pollution certificate (POC) as it is expired.

I request you kindly to look into this matter AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

This is my 3rd try but still my license not approved.
I am Prerana Alone, I have applied for learning license of MCWOG, LMV category using contactless service, 21 days ago, my RTO office came under DY.RTO, NAGPUR (EAST) (MH49), I passed the test on 20/08/2022 but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.
I made 2 applications before this but got no response. Please help me out.
