Hello sir . I have applied for vehicle noc and hypothetic termination of vehicle from vahan parivahan site on 09 sep 22. My application no is PB220909V1161240.Conserned authority is RTA Jalandhar. Sir since then my application is showing status that application pending from RTO side .

But PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 is still showing pending it one month.
How much time it take to print Smart Cart

I have applied for NOC for my Two-wheeler online on the Vahan website with OTP faceless verification method on 23rd June 2022.

Even after repeated follow-ups, the Krishnarajapuram RTO is saying that my application is transferred to Chikmagalur RTO by the system, even though my Vehicle belongs to KR Puram RTO

After contacting Chikmagalur RTO, they told me that they cannot issue me NOC as my vehicle comes under KR Puram RTO jurisdiction.

It's more than 3-months now, and I am still not granted NOC or a proper way forward.

Please help me with issuance of NOC with transfer to Pune-412308

Although all the formalities have been completed including the test result status as "PASS", my application status is still showing " under processing at RTO level"
It's been two months and the matter could not be resolved even after visiting the respective RTO.

Kindly look into the matter urgently.

I applied for 'Driving license renewal' & Duplicate DL on driving license' via application no : [protected] on 03.09.2022 through web portal : https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice.

All the process was completed including document verification that was done by physically visiting the concerned RTO on the appointed date : 03 Sept 2022. The documents were verified, photo was clicked and digital signatures were taken too on the same date successfully.

However, for the past more than 20 days the application status is showing : 'APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL' as 'PENDING' at RTO level.

Because of this PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD ) & DISPATCH OF THE DL AND PSV BADGE is also PENDING.

Please help in getting the issue resolved and getting the DL issued at the earliest.
