Hello myself Mukesh H RATHOD, i have booked a flat in your prestigious project T-18, 2301.
A 1BHK and I have paid almost 3, 00, 000 to the project but due to some reason I didn't get home loan after trying in many banks and financial institutions.
So I contacted firdos madam who was salesperson of mine and asked for refund of amount and she said to send mail for cancellation [protected]@runwal.com after which I can get my money back.
I did all procedures and send mail and all information in month of November, 2020. But till date I have not got my money back.
I have contacted Mrs.USHA CRM head and she is also not responding properly till 2 weeks.
I request you to please do the needful as my brother is admitted in hospital due to covid and I m in urgent need of money.
