This is Ramesh Kothari. I had received an SMS regarding the Runwal gardens new projects that the flat cost start with 32 lakh which was in my budget. I have attached the SMS for your reference. When I visited Runwal gardens booking Office I got to know that the actual price cost varies and I showed interest for 1bhk by increasing my budget which was costing me 40, 73, 565/- in T31- 2301 and paid the initial payment of 39, 865/- after booking the flat I realize there is no balcony and dry space where I can dry the wash clothes so I requested your team for upgrade which is with deck and your teams said they will check and let me know the status of availability.
I was not getting the proper response from your team and I was waiting for there call. I got a call one day and they said the flat cost has increase and I need to pay the current flat cost. I requested that I already stretch my budget and I am not a new customer so why you are charging me extra. I am just upgrading so I will be charged based on my actual booking date price.
I was not getting the proper response from the team in a timely manner and every time they are calling me with a different price. Since there were no proper and timely response from your team I changed my mind to cancel my booking.
I would request you to kindly cancel my booking and allocate the flat to different customers and also request you to please proceed for my refund amount.
