Runwal Group — Refund of Rs.5,26,535/- against cancellation of Booking in Runwal Forest Bhandup

We had been booked the flat T2-0G01 in building Citrus in Runwal Forest in year January 2019 on the basis of future increment. We paid token amount of Rs.5, 26, 535/- on the basis of refund if increment was not done. At the time of Booking sales representative assured us to refund of Booking Amount if primary condition not fulfilled.
As per our income we are not eligible for loan also and thus we were not go ahead and asked them to cancel the booking. Instead of cancellation of booking, they was given us extention of period. In pandemic period also we request them to cancel the booking and refund our amount which is not yet process.
We are following regularly with them but no response. We was also face financial crunch in 2020-21 and share our income proof with them but still they are not responding.

Updated by Kalpana78 Thanks for your support. We have received a call on Friday from Swati who is a sales representative of Runwal Group. She has been given the option to book the flat in Runwal Forest as their management is not having a policy of refunding money. We explained to them that due to the pandemic we face a financial crunch and not having that much income source we can proceed further.
She has been given an option to book the flat in Runwal Garden, Dombivili which is suitable for our budget. First of all, we don't want to shift there because our whole family is staying in Bhandup Only.
We have shown our interest in Runwal Garden also to recovered our whole money. We informed them that we are ready to book that flat if they give us the total cost of Rs 30 Lakhs (inclusive of Stamp Duty & Registration Charges) which is in our budget. We request you to help us proceed further.

We have received the call from Runwal Garden but the cost of the project is high. Thus we can't process for the same. We request Ms. Swati for a refund of our amount with interest.
We have attached herewith the mail for your reference.
Please look into this and help us.
