Iam complaining about an agent namely kailash who took rs 3000 from me as she needed it for some reason. I gave it on her faith. In 5.01.12 i am open a reccuring rs 200 per month for 5 yrs. After 17 month due to financial crisis i am not deposited and stop the reccuring. Amount not releasing after maturity. I am in need of money but whenever i am visiting the branch to get the amount released, employees are asking me to get the fd done for maturity amount. You are requested to please look into this issue and do the needful. Other wise i will have to drop an email to rbi for the same.

I have purchased few bonds from sahara credit cooperative society limited for a tenure of 18 months, those bonds are matured for now and when i asked the fc head in patnagarh, odisha to withdraw my funds they are not letting me do so. They are forcing me to keep the money with them for any new scheme which i dont want, please help me in this regards as what action to be taken....

I am purchase fd from you on 11/08/2012 and amount 20000. But after the maturity date. Bank refused to pay my claim. Bank told me that you can get intitial amount without any interest.
