I, janice alice rodriques had invested my piggy bank money amounting to rs. 10, 000 with sahara india commercial corporation vide receipt no [protected] dts 29.4.2006, sr no.[protected], branch sakinaka f. C. -1, andheri e, mumbai being fully paid up bonds "sahara"t.

The amount matured on 29th june and i have still not got the amount of rs. 30, 000/-

Pls help in getting this amount as i need to pay for my further education

    महोदय निवेदन है क़ि मेरा नाम कहकशां परवीन पत्नी मोहद अशरफ खान ग्राम देवली पोस्ट मुबारकपुर जिला आजमगढ़ है,
    एवं मैंने सहारा इंडिया की शाखा अनजान शहीद में १००० रुपया महाना का एक खाता "स्कीम सहारा.स.अनोखा" खोला, जिसका खाता संख्या ५३७७५१००२८३ और सदस्यता संख्या ५३७७१४००१६७ है,
    ये खाता आप के बैंक की एक एजेंट सुशीला देवी जिनका सहारा इंडिया में कोड संख्या १०६२११३४१ है के द्वारा दिनांक १२ अगस्त २०१४ को खोला गया था, जिसमे सुशीला देवी जी से ये तै हुवा था क़ि वो हर माह की १५ तारीख़ को मुझसे १००० रुपया ले जाकर शाखा में जमा करेंगी एवं उसकी रसीद देंगी, मगर सुशीला देवी जी ने ऐसा नहीं किया वो खाता खोलने के बाद ३० सितम्बर को आयीं और दुबारा ३१ दिसंबर को आयीं, एवं इसी तरह से हर बार बिना किसी समय या बिना किसी सुचना के आती और पैसा ले कर जाती रहीं,
    समस्या तब आयी जब वो १५ मार्च के बाद आकर हमसे १००० रुपया ले गयीं और कहा क़ि मैं अगली बार आकर इसकी रसीद दे दूंगी जैसा क़ि वो हर बार करती थीं,
    मगर जब वो २६ अगस्त २०१६ को आयीं तब हमने उनसे रसीद मांगी तो बोली क़ि रसीद मैं लाना भूल गयी हूँ मगर आप निश्चिंत रहें आप का पैसा कहीं नहीं जाएगा मैं जल्दी ही उसकी रसीद लाकर दुंगी,
    मेरे द्वारा कई बार फ़ोन से बात करने पर उन्होंने विवशता जताई और कहा क़ि मेरी तबियत ख़राब होने क़ि वजह से मैं आ नहीं पा रही हूँ
    मगर मैं जैसे ही आउंगी आप को रसीद दे दुंगी,
    मगर जब वो ३१ दिसंबर को आयीं तब भी उन्होंने नहीं दिया और अगली बार का कह कर चली गयीं और चार महीने बाद जब वापस आयीं तब उन्होंने कहा क़ि रसीद हमसे खो गयी है मगर आप निश्चिन्त रहें मैं आप को उसकी डुप्लीकेट कॉपी निकलवाकर दे दुंगी, और इसी क्रम में जब मैंने अपनी रसीदों की जांच की तब मैंने पाया की मेरी १ रसीद में पाया की वो मुझसे १५ मार्च २०१६ को ५००० रुपया ले गयी और मेरी पासबुक पे भी ५००० चढ़ा कर अपना हस्ताक्षर किया है लेकिन वो रसीद ४००० की ला कर दी हैं,
    तब मुझे शंका हुई और मैंने उनसे कहा क़ि ठीक है आप हमें समय बताइये हम आप की सहारा इंडिया की शाखा पर चल कर अपनी रसीद ले लेंगे, और अपने खाते की जांच करवाएंगे, मगर उसके बाद से सुशीला देवी न तो मेरा फ़ोन उठाती थीं न अपने सहारा इंडिया अनजान शहीद की शाखा पर मिलती थीं,
    मगर कई बार फ़ोन करने पर और उनके पडोसी और परिवार वालों से कहने पर वो विवश होकर बीते २९ नवम्बर को मेरे घर आयीं और बहस करने लगीं, घंटों की बहस के बाद मैंने कहा कि ठीक है चलो तुम्हारी ब्रांच चलते हैं तो उसने कहा कि नहीं अभी मेरे परिवार में किसी का "मुंडन" है इसलिए मैं सोमवार यानी ३ दिसंबर को शाखा चलूंगी,
    श्रीमान से निवेदन है कि जब मैं शाखा में ३ दिसंबर को सुबह जब उनको शाखा पे चलने के लिए करने लगा तो उन्होंने फ़ोन नहीं उठाया तब मैंने उनको शाखा पर पहुँचने का मैसेज डालकर ११ बजे के आस पास सहारा इंडिया कि अनजान शहीद शाखा पर पहुंचा तो न वो वहां मिली ना ही शाखा प्रबंधक साहब मिले, तब मैंने शुशीला जी को फ़ोन मिलाया तो उनका फ़ोन बंद मिला, तब मैंने शाखा से मैनेजर साहब का मोबाइल नंबर लेकर उनको फ़ोन मिलाया तो उन्होंने मेरी बात सुनी और बोले कि मैं या मेरा बैंक इसमें कुछ नहीं कर सकता आप व्यक्तिगत तरीके से इस समस्या से निपटिए,
    काफी देर परतीक्षा करने पर लग भाग २ बजे मैनेजर साहब आये और वही बात दुहराते हुवे बोले कि आप जाएँ और उनसे समझें, इतने में आस पास के लोग जो शाखा में बैठे थे और जिसमे में से कुछ शाखा में एजेंट भी थे उन्होंने ने भी मैनेजर साहब से सुशीला जी के दूसरे खतों में भी गड़बड़ी करने कि बात बताई, तब मैनेजर साहब ने हमें आश्वाशन दिया कि " ठीक है मैं शुशीला से बात कर के बताता हूँ, "

    श्रीमान से निवेदन है कि मैं अपने पासबुक कि कॉपी इस मेल में संलग्न कर रही हूँ आप उसपर भी देखें कि किस तरह से मेरे साथ धोका धड़ी की गयी है.
    अतः श्रीमान से निवेदन है पुरे मामले को संज्ञान में लेते हुवे उचित कार्यवाही करें और मेरा २००० रुपया सुशीला देवी से वापस करने का आदेश जारी करें .

      I have deposited (In 5 years) rs.60, 000/- against receipt no. [protected] dated from the year 2010 to 2015 towards sahara m benefit scheme with pass book no: 3710. The account was opened at visakhapatnam branch, location of office - d. No.29-2-16, sector office, commercial complex, prakash rao pet junction, visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh.
      Code : 1222, falls under the region of vijayawada. As per the term (I. E; 5 years) it got matured on 2016. However even after my surrender of all corresponding documents at visakhapatnam branch. I am unable to get my maturity amount so far. As i have followed up several times, but they are not communicating the facts, what actually happening with sahara or particularly with this scheme.       I have a deposit with sahara group and after its maturity, instead of returning the money they have forcibly converted the matured amount in to "sahara q shop" bonds. These "sahara q shop" bonds are matured on in the month of september 2018. Now they are again approching me to convert the "sahara q shop" bonds into another sceme...

        Respected sir

        With reference to this, i would like to state that i have made a recurring deposit
        With the 'sahara credit cooperative society limited' for monthly instalment of rs. 1500/ for 60 months on 23/06/2012.
        The deposits becomes overdue form 24/06/2017 a copy of pass book is attached herewith for your reference. I had made numerous visits to their branch at b/o, sealdah, 68b a. P. C. Roy road, 2nd floor, kolkata-700009 but they refused to make any payment stating that they do not have fund. Six months have already elapsed but still, i have not get my money back.
        Kindly look into the matter and help me to get back my own money.

          I joined sahara india pariwar in 2007 with 300 monthly deposit, in 2012 money get matured, my aget approached me to converte this matured money in sahara q shop plan "h" and i do so in november 2012, now my many get matured and i hardly need of money to arrange my daughter marriage.
          I met my agent but he is not help to withdraw my invested money and he approaches me to investet in another plan.

              You seem to be callous and apathetic to my subject non-payment of three hiccsl deposits matured on 30.09.18. You are not keeping your promise and commitment for paying of my money. This is not your money. You are just the agent. It's my right to claim on and after the due date and it is ur primary and basic duty to pay voluntarily and also on demand. But u r backing out of your terms and conditions which is illegal and immoral. Ur head office and also nayagarh branch is not at all responding. The bm of nayagarh br wants me to contact r. O or odisha head to send funds for making my payment. This is not my duty which he should do. Let me inform the status and fate. Hoping the needful

              The company seems to very indifferent and silent on my problem and issue.they even didn't think it proper at least in making telephonic link or giving any assurance regarding payment of my money to me.Sahara co is not extending 'sahara' which they are supposed to show.An RBI licenced co should not be so adamant.I still expect their actions within the year end.

                  I, mhaske ashok shankar deposited an amount of rs 12150/- and amount of rs 18250/- with shara india (Sahara q shop) on[protected].

                  Sahara india has issued me a deposit certificate with customer id[protected] and[protected] respectively.

                  Now i am in urgent need of money for medical purpose as i am undergoing medical treatment.

                  I have submitted written request to sahara india, panchavati, nashik (Maharashtra) on[protected] for refund of my deposit maturity amount. Certificate from registered medial practitioner/ hospital was also enclosed with application for refund of maturity amount.

                  Till date i have not received any communication from sahara india nor the money has been refunded to me.

                  Request your good office to intervene in the matter to get my hard earned money back which is very badly required by me for medial purpose.

                        I shirin mansuri have opened three recurring deposit account in pratapgarh (Rajasthan) branch of sahara credit cooperative society limited in 2015. I have deposited all the monthly installment from my hard earned money. Now at the time of maturity on 14/08/2018 when i approached to the concerned branch for maturity amount, the official replied that the funds are not available and it may take 1 year more for payment. I was cheated by the company and now i am in a situation that i cant used my hard earned money for education of my children.

                        Pl help us in resolving issues earliest.
                        Buxar Branch of Sahara India Pariwar is not paying the MIS and Maturity Amount to it's investor on time and even not bothered to adhere the investors. The investor's are either Senior Citizen/Widow/ House-Wife/ Struggling Farmers who have saved their hard earned amount for their livelihood. The Copy of the legal notice attached with compalint.

                          In may 2018 that was a month in which maturaity fund (R. D.) sahara paid me the money but in reality they had not gave me the money.
                          I continously deposite in the time of submission but what is this they are not giving me my maturity fund.

                            I. Smt. Deepa agarwal w/o sri manoj kumar agarwal resident of agrasen road, khalpara, siliguri west bengal had deposited on monthly scheme of sahara india real estate corporation limited at your your siliguri city branch 2370, details of my accounts are as follows:

                            1. A/c no. [protected] dated 30.03.2010 @ 500/= monthly scheme for 60 months
                            2. A/c no. [protected] dated 30.03.2010 @ 500/= monthly scheme for 60 months
                            3. A/c no. [protected] dated 19.09.2010 @ 200/= monthly scheme for 60 months

                            (My total saving in the above three a/c's as per sahara india records is rupees 54000/=)

                            I had regularly deposited in these schemes for few years but due to some of my financial crisis, i could not continue, and visited the branch for withdrawal of my deposited amount, but the branch manager told me that it can be withdrawn only after the maturity of the fixed period of 60 months.
                            Now after the completion of 60 months i had again requested for the maturity amount on 21.02.2018, now the branch manager is advising/forcing me to re-invest it again as it cannot be paid due to some reason.

                            Sir this is my hard earned money which i had saved in sahara india for my urgent needs. Now at the time of my need i am unable to get my money back.
                            Sir i request your good-self to please make arrangement to refund my maturity amount at the earliest.

                              I have made an investment under sahara-t policy on 27th october 2005, in sahara india at jagamara branch (Franchise manager mr. S. K. Mudra, mb. No-[protected]). The policy was matured on 27th dec 2017. But till now we are not able to received our maturity amount. We have applied for the maturity in dec-17. On enquiry they have neither given any replied nor the branch manager lift the phone. We are in a great difficult situation.

                              Therefore it is kind request for looking into this matter. So that we can able to return our hard earnest money.

I want death claim money. So please check the matter and as soon as possible to get help my money back. Therefore your company will get the highest level in India.

                                  Can i ask what is been done on my complain please. Are you assigning a responsible person to sort this out. Is there any chance if someone could call me. I have recieved response for this complain however noone has contacted me for my original complain which is i have not authorised anyone to open any account with sahara however someone namely kailash has opened an account without my authority. She took rs 3000 from me for her some need as i know her individually. Then she gave me a passbook and a reciept of rs 3000 which i never authorised. How can sahara open any account without any id or photo. I need my money back

                                    Iam complaining about an agent namely kailash who took rs 3000 from me as she needed it for some reason. I gave it on her faith. Then she gave me a passbook and a reciept for rs 3000 which i never authorised. I have not given any of my id or photograph even. I need my money back.                                         I have three deposits in sahara hamara india credit co-op society ltd at their nayagarh branch as mentioned below. A/c no [protected] to 179 whose maturity amount are ₹ 55116, 55116, 52446 respectively already matured on 30.09.18 in my name pramila mishra for which i have submitted payment documents. To my utter regret n surprise i have not yet received payment your office assured the payment within seven days. I am in urgent need of money for unavoidable medical expenses. We the spouses are senior citizens always requiring huge funds for the regular treatment. Hence arrange for immediate payment. This is my hard earned money. You shouldn't hold up the payment which is quite illegal n unjust. Do the needful under confirmed information to me. Otherwise i will be compelled to initiate appropriate action as deemed fit. Hope your sincere action in this regard.

                                        No impact on the Sahara India concerned department most probably certainly specifically on the complaint matter.they are fully callous and apathetic and not at all serious.I have every right to claim payment of my matured deposits and they are bound to pay .they are not legally justified to enjoy customer money.no information yet received from the company.what to tell of their actions.let the co accept and reply and commit the date of actual payment.they are not to play with my funds.hope the needful at the earliest.
