Sub - regarding withdraw of sahara m benefit
I am dilip kumar. I had taken sahara m benefit plan on 30/11/2013. My policy got matured in 2018 november so i asked to my agent to withdraw the policy amount but agent told to me right now sahara doesn’t have enough amount with themselves that’s the reason they are unable to provide the policy amount. I had spoken to my agent to withdraw the policy amount several times after the policy got matured. I have invested my money to secure my future but situation is totally different. I can’t use my own saving. Why sahara is taking too much time to provide the policy amount. I have paid every premium on right time so it’s my right to get the benefits of the policy on time. Which isn’t happening from your side. It’s my humble request from my side kindly provide me the policy amount as early as possible.

    Some senior agent or branch manager do not pay the total amount of maturity they provide option to the customer either you take 60% money and rest of the amount submit in new account and fd or otherwise your payment will be delay for 6 month or more. They doing it continuously with the other customer too
    Today i go to branch then i see many customer facing this problem.
    If someone add money for their bad time and they didn't get it then it feels very sad kindly concern on this problem you can imagine how unfair is this
    Please take some strict steps to these people for doing this
    These dominating behaviour of these official takeoff the real face of the company by which its name going down continously.

        I am krishna nath a/c no.[protected] from malda (Wb). I deposited rs.6000/- monthly from 25/08/12 to 28/11/16. It was matured on 25/09/17. From 25/09/17 to till the date the company pay me only 70000/- in three different dates & the last date was 12/07/18 and after that date the branch and area manager give me date& date.

        So i request to you pleased arrange my rest maturity money as early as possible.

          My maturity is expired 23/12/2018 मैने ये रुपया बेटी के शादी के लिए रखा था तो सहारा ब्रांच मैनेजर और एजेंट ने बताया कि बैंक में रुपये रखने से नहीं फायदा है सहारा परिवार में जमा कर दिजिए जब भी शादी लगेगी ये रुपया निकाल कर शादी करवा लेना आज जब मैचूरिटी पुरा हो गया है तो रुपया देने से इनकार कर रहा है
          मै असमंजस मे हूं कि बेटी की शादी अबकैसे करु
          ये सहारा परिवार झुठा है या मैनेजर और एजेंट
          कृपया शादी के रुपये वापस करवाने का कष्ट करे ताकि एक गरीब परिवार काउद्धार हो जाये

              My mother has deposited the amount of 10k for 10 year thrice the amount
              It was scheduled to receive the amount in march 2018 and till now we had not received single penny of our amount
              Every time we are visiting the office of sahara office of rohtak branch we get the same reply of getting in 2 days 3 days
              We are continuously getting negative response and misguided that amount would be get in a day or two

Today again i go to the office of sahara again manager asked me that you should do again do a fixed deposit but i refused, manager angered on me and asked me comes on march for his money.                                 This is for your kind notice that i am an old senior citizen lady aged about 60 years. I have invested my hard earned money rs 30000/- (Thirty thousand) in sahara india pariwar in chhapra (Bihar) branch (Branch code - 2373) on dated 09/10/2004 on commitment of approx 100000/- (One lac) after 10 years.

                                With deep regret i beg to state that my investment has been matured since 5 year before, i have begged hundred of times to my agent satyendra kumar giri, that kindly withdraw my hard earned money with maturity amount, but he always neglected and says that why are you worring company will not run away, you will get interest till date your money is with the company.

                                But some or how he is neglecting since now, i do not know why he is doing like this. He has also taken my all the documents like passbook of sahara, pancard, voter id, adhar card and as well as my bank details and told me that your money will be ecs to your bank account.

                                Sir,

                                Ultimately i am fed up of his activity and contacted the branch but they also told me that you give docs to your agent, he will manage everything. But he is good for nothing, while taking the money he visited a lot, but now i do not know why he not refunding my money.

                                I am an old lady unable to visit the branch frequently, kindly manage to refund my hard earned money, as u know that at this stage of life, what it means this amount of money.

                                    I smt nupur naha am complaining against sahara india boral branch for not paying my dues in time. I am a senior citizen lady 69 yrs old and my income is from mis. For the past few months my mis is being delayed and i have two months pending dues with the sahara boral branch. The mis accounts were created by the branch manager prashanta saha who handles my account.

Purpose of creating an mis is not fulfilled because of the boral franchise not delivering my money. They are asking me to reinvest 50% of my mis interest in recurring deposit is not digestible for a sr citizen woman.

                                    I request for immediate payment of all my pending mis amount and request you to instruct the branch to pay my money on date. This would keep my faith on sahara.

                                      I am complaining against sahara india boral f. C. I have a number of mis accounts with the boral branch. These were converted from qshop to mis by the branch manager prashanta saha who handles my account.

They are asking me to reinvest the mis interest in recurring deposit knowing fully that i need the money to run my family.

                                      I request for immediate payment of all my pending mis and request you to instruct the branch to pay my money on date. This would keep my faith on sahara.

                                        Dear sir

                                        I have 5 mis accounts with sahara india boral branch. These accounts [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]
                                        Were converted from sahara qshop with the assurance that mis payments would be on the due date. The first month was fine and from then onwards i am facing exceptional hurdles in getting the amount. At present, i have 3 months payment due which led to severe economic crunch in my family. The purpose of investing in mis is to get a fixed monthly amount that i am being denied by the sahara india boral branch which defeats the whole purpose of creating an mis.

                                        You please take it up with the branch manager prasanta saha who did my mis and ensure that i get all my pending dues and the future payments on the due date.
