My name is ummed singh and i’m belong to jodhpur, rajasthan. My account number is [protected] membership number [protected] document reference number [protected] f. A. Code 930019 account head of scheme sahara. M. Benefit and my agent name om prakash choudhry[protected] and his cell number is[protected].

I’m a painter and my daily earning is 400/- per day before 5 years it was only 300/- a day. Before 5 years your agent met me and describe a good scheme for my daughter future that time i will not able to pay 500/- in a months but i had invest for my kids. I had sacrificed that time of my basic need and timely paid monthly emies. Before 2 years i was met with an accident and serious injured and completely on 1 month bed rest but paid your monthly emies form borrow money from market.

Now after maturity of your scheme your agent came and received all related document for withdraw my amount (Deposit dairy, deposit slips) and from last 1.5 months he tailing your investment amount with interest is coming soon.

Requesting seniors look in to this matter and justice as per company rule.

To whom it may concern,

I would like to bring this into your notice that there is a complaint pending since one month and till now there is no proper update when and how it is going to resolved.

We opened one account under a scheme and now when the scheme is over we are unable to withdraw that amount because we were not given any passbook or bond by our executive ms. Tapsya panday, and now she has left the office. The only thing i have few slip of depositing the premium.

When a month back on 28/8/2018 i went to the respective office (3830, 2nd flr, pataudi house road, darya ganj, delhi - 110002, lal kothi) to know the details how much amount and how i can withdraw that amount. I got the response from mohammad afaq bakshi (Employee there) that system is down, you submit 02 slip of premium will inform you once system work again. (Maximum time i was told is one week)

I made three calls since then but no resolution as of 05th october 2018. I request you please provide some assistance or help in this matter.

They always said we don't have money to refund the customer. As i am totally frustrated and soon will go to consumer forum.

We opened an account with sahara credit cooperative society ltd on 28/11/2011. We completed which they give deposit period as 60 months.
So, we finished. But nobody is responsive for this issue. Now my relative is in emergency situation. Urgently required my deposited money as per sccsl policy.

Please provide exact solution of this issue. I[censored] give better idea we will happy to save my relative life.

I am having 2 rd of r's 2000 & 1500 and now has been completed five years i went to the office but they are saying that no fund available at present and you have to wait minimum one and half years for refund of amount. And saying till then you can make fd against the same rds. And i am having urgent need of money and amount will be about 2.2 lakh how can i manage...

I diposit 13400 as daily acoolection to agent ambuj gupta mahbooganj and i have rasheed and passbook as proof.But now goshainganj branch saying that i have only 103 rs only in my account . Please look into the matter and solve my problem.

There was a project of dairy farming in distt.Badaun (u.p.) after the legal proceedings the advocate Payment is due till now the case was in year 2013 plz clear all the dues otherwise i have to proceed through court.because after sending many warning notice not any initiative has been taken my payment worth rupees 1, 60, 000 is due so plz kindly pay.

I, Prakash Pilaniwala, S/o. Late Bhumal Pilaniwala, resident of G.T. Road Neamatpur, Post- Sitarampur, Dist- Paschim Bardhaman (West Bengal) Pin- 713359 do hereby inform you that I applied for payment of my M- Benefit Policy, which details are given below, to the Branch Manager (Neamatpur- 2446) Sahara India Pariwar, in the year 2017 but till now No Payment has been done to me against my aforesaid M-Benefit policy and i severally met to the Branch Manager, Neamatpur but every time he replied me that he has no authority to make any payment due to in suffient money, hence I intemated the matter to the Regional Manager, Durgapur on 19.09.2018 and he assured me to meet with him at his office at Durgapur, on 28.09.2018 but when I reached at aforesaid office I found him absent from his office and I made a call over cell phone to him about the enquiry of my payment but he told me that he met with an accident and his service is in danger and hence he is unable to give me proper reply and advice me to meet with him on 29.09.2018 and when I met with him on 29.09.2018 at about 3.30 pm and asked him about my payment but he rudely told me that my payment has already been transfereed to Neamatpur Branch, but when I intemated him that no such money has been transferred to Neamatpur Branch, he became furious and insulted me by saying that “I am not a common man and i have no time to give any answer to you” and he also said that “Jao aur Neamatpur branch main tod, fod karo, mera kuchh nahi jata” and he threatened me to dire consequences if I again try to meet with him in future regarding aforesaid matter.
I therefore inform you that kindly look into the matter and take necessary departmental or legal action against aforesaid Regional Manager, Durgapur and make necessary arrangement for embursement of payment of my aforesaid M-Benefit Policy.

The undersigned has a MIS, bearing account number [protected], certificate number B[protected]at Asansol office the monthly payment is only Rs1219/- .
The payment is due from April 18, the same was taken up with the manager who said that only payment for one month can be made that is the dues for 6 months will remain.my request to pay for 2 months so that dues for one month can be cleared was not considered. It's requested to please take up the matter with the manager and advise him for 2 months payment .

I santram nirmal, a/c no. [protected] rs.1500 monthly deposited for 5 years scheme. Deposited maximum 3 years but now i want back my principal amount.

I have already maturity my money. But I don't, t know what is your time period for withdraw. But manager told us money will be with draw before dashara, but my maturity already complete may 2018. But some problem I could not goes to your office. But when my mother goes to office before sep 15 he told us he gave me before dasahara .
But now means 28.09.2018 his agent told us after dasahara he give us. But sir money is urgently require because I am kidney disease patient. Please sir you can keep your humanbeing in this society but not game with us.
Why I believe you and keep our money near you. If you created problem that is bad effect for depositers.

Please sir help me, I am a kidney disease patient.

I invested rs.10, 000 and rs.27400/- in sahara q shop unique products range limited in bilaspur sector 1273 on 8.9.2012 vide certificate no.[protected] and[protected] respective but till date it has not been paid. Agent forcing me to convert in other scheme. As i am in urgent need of money. Agent said that sebi has stopped to make payment to the customer.
Please help how i can take maturity money from sahara india.

Respected sir,
I sri trinath mishra, advocate, bargarh a member of your society bearing membership no.[protected] deposited rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) in the bargarh branch. My tenure is completed and matured on 31st july 2018. After that i repeatedly go to the branch and the branch manager harass me till date. Before 15 days he tell me that came after 20th sept. 2018 and take your matured amount. Today they tell me that my account shifted to sohela branch and i have to collect my money from that branch. Why i go there? Is there any guideline? Without my knowledge how they shifted my account to another branch? After maturity they keep my money till date, are they pay the interest from 31st july to till date?
So, i request you to take necessary action regarding the above said matter and give my money within 7 days. Otherwise i go through the legal procedure for the above said harassment.
