I bought Plan H of rupees 12250 in 2012 which is matured in 2018 and i approached local office many times but yet they give my money back.

My self Dharva Anamika. I have invested in sahara advance for Q shop goods plan H in the year of 2012. I have invested 3, 00, 000 RS for period of 6 years and my FD reached its maturity on 2018. After that i was not able to get my refund and it was again extended for 3 more years. And now my investment have reached its maturity and now i am respectfully requesting sahara to please return the money which sahara owes me. It's been a long time and it is causing us to face financial and emotional burden because of this delay in payment. This is my and my husbands hard worked money which we saved for our kids and we thought that we will use it in need.
As my kids are growing this is right need of that money to pay their fees and use this money for their bright future.
But unfortunately I don’t have that money on my hand. So it's humble request to please pay attention to my message and have my query to be resolved as soon as possible. I hope for your utmost approval for this request, and get my matured money back, Thank you.

I want refund of my Sahara India q shop which I have invested in Sahara q Shop plan but no longer I am interested in this plan and may be it is not beneficial for us.

My family members had paid to sahara q shop in year 2012 @ DINESH PAREKH and Parul Parekh for Rs 1350000/-which we were going to be refunded in year 2018 October which is not yet paid. My father is having severe heart problem and he has gone through angioplasty because of this scam in Sahara. We want to go for his bipass but due to lack of money we are unable to do so. Kindly refund our money as soon as possible.

I had few FD with Sahara that were converted into Q shop plan H in FY 2012-13. Sahara agents have not given any information about how we can get payment, nor they respond properly. As a invertor's grievance, kindly tell the procedure to get the refund.

I have five policies in Q product plan which were matured in May-2018. The Customer ID of the policies are mentioned below and the scaned copy of the policies are attached for your ready reference.

I lodged a complain on 23 rd March-2020 on the portal and the response received that "Your complaint has been forwarded to Sahara Q Shop customer service. You should receive a reply from the company representatives within several days.". Most surprisingly I have not received any mail/call/sms from the company. Then I visited the Rishra(PIN-712248) Branch of Sahara several times but the Manager could not provide me any assurance or tentative date to get the mturity amount.After that I called the customer care number([protected]) and the executive assigned a complain number- "ss5230321". A lot of frustration compelled me to resubmit the same complain to bring the problem in your notice again to get a fruitful solution. Hope you will be kind enough to ensure me the tentative date to get the maturity amount. It is needless to mention that I have lost my job due to pandemic situation and struggling to support my family. I need the money very urgently to survive in the critical time.

goods plan H from Sahara Q shop unique product Range limited on 2012 for Rs One Lakh for Six years.

it is regretted to say that till now I had gone to regional office
but have not get maturity amount till date from company.

Please provide details how to get the maturity amount from the company

I feel in q shop amount 12000 my mature date is 30/07/2012 but till now I did not get my money please solve my problem either I complain in supreme Court

My investment of Rs 5000/- in Sahara Q Shop matured on 14.03.2020 but maturity amount has not been paid so far and the papers are not being accepted for payment by the office. My certificate number is[protected].

He also advised us to follow up with mr. Jai Singh Saini ([protected]) Relationship Manager of Faridabad region. We have talked & meet saveral times with mr. saini but still not received my maturity amount.

You are requested to help me to release our both above said F.d. on urgent basis. my mother got a heart attach in july-2020 till then i have to pay medical expenses for her.

Sir,
I invested a huge sum of money in Sahara and till now I haven’t received a single penny. I have been going to there zonal office since years but all they do is request to re-invest. I am not in a position to re-invest because of my medical condition.

Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible because I am the only earning member in my family.
