I have deposited 40, 000/- rupees vide bonds since last around 10 years. lastly on 31.03.2018 your branch office did not return my invested amount rather they forced me to invest the maturity amount in to saharayn universal multipurpose society limited for the period of 3 years. Accordingly they issued 4 nos. of certificates along with contribution receipts. Finally on dtd. 31.03.2021 my fixed deposits are matured. So as quick as I want my maturity amount to meet my urgent medical urgency.

I Saroj Jaiswal invested rs. 30150 on 21/02/2018 for 3 yrs as now is time for getting maturity amount I intimated your branch in allahabad 1805 katra sector month ago but still no response yesterday I again visited they said no news and if cash comes of your account we will call u. Why cash why not account transfer anyway please get me maturity amount at earliest

: I had deposited money in Sahara. He forcefully converted it into Sahara Q Shop and said after 3 years will get money. When I completed 3 years on 31 March 2021, I went to collect money on 5 April. It will take another month. In asking for the demand, I asked him that under the kon law you speak hain if I wish, will it be the law of India that his will be done .I urge our National Consumer Forum in India to divert my money as soon as possible. In three-four days, because these people have thought to beat the consumer. Whatever be the consumer, it will be their wish. Then they will give the money.

Mr. Subrato Roy, chief managing director of Sahara credit co-operative society is a great cheater in the world. He always told lies and cheating with investors. In spite of removal of embargo from Sahara credit co-operative society, they couldn't start payment to the investors. He has given pressure on reinvestment of matured accounts.
My matured accounts as follows:-

After maturity of the above accounts, I have repeatedly given complaints to all concerned regarding my payments but nobody has initiated to take action for my payment. Franchise agent of Patrakar Nagar Patna has clearly told that the Mr. Sobrato Roy never wants to pay any investors. He is always pressuring for reinvestment.
Mr. Subrato Roy is hereby requested to release funds to your frenchise so that payment of matured accounts may be started.

सुब्रत राय सहारा इण्डिया ने परिपक्वता राशि को भुगतान न देकर निवेशकों को पिछले आठ वर्षों से मांशिकप्रतारण एवं शोषण करते आ रहें है! यहाँ तक कि ये ऐसे झूठे एवं मतलवी ईंशान हैं कि निवेशकों को मंथली इनकम स्कीमों का पैसा भी कई महीनों तक भुगतान नही करते हैं और सरेयाम मीडिया के सामने और माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट से बोलते हैं कि निवेशकों को भुगतान कर दिया गया! ये ब्यक्ति कितने निवेशकों का पैसा हड़प्पकर उसको भीखमंगा बना दिया है और अपना सम्राज्य विदेशों में अपने औलाद एवं पत्नी के नाम पर खड़ा कर चूका है! मै भी एक पिड़ित निवेशक हूँ जो कि आठ वर्षों से सुब्रत राय जैसे अत्याचारी का दंश झेल रही हूँ! ये लोग मानशिक प्रतारणा करके मैच्योरिटी राशि को नये योजनाओं का फार्म पर हस्ताक्षर लेकर पुर्ननिवेश करवा दे रहा है और एजेंट को मोटी कमीशन दे देता है! लेकिन मैं तो आठ वर्षों से दर्दनांक जिंदगी जी रही हूँ!
ऐसे में भगवान भी सुब्रत राय को माफ नहीं करेगा यही मैं बद्दुआ देती हूँ! इसको करोड़ों पीड़ित निवेशकों का बद्दुआ अवश्य लगेगा! ये ब्यक्ति कभी सच नहीं बोलता है, केवल झूठ पर झूठ बोलकर पिछले आठ वर्षों से मूझको दंश रहा है! इसका कोई भी प्रबंधन मोबाइल नहीं उठाता है और ना ये अपना कंटेक्ट नंबर पब्लिक डोमेन में दिया है! हद् तो तब होती है जब इसके प्रबंधन कार्यालय में कोई शिकायत लेने को तैयार नहीं होता है! ऐसी अवस्था में निवेशक लोग सुब्रत राय को बद्दुआ ही दे सकता है! मै अपना एकाउंट का बिवरण निचे दे रही हूँ, आंखों में शर्म है तो भुगतान करो :-

my father had been expired in dec-2019 but society not give
death claim of my father till date. So please help me and

I have heavily invested in Saharayn universal multipurpose society limited. Instead of payment, the agent pressurized me to invest the matured amount again. Account opening date- 20/10/2018, maturity date- 21/07/2020 (two RD accounts of same date, customer is Mr. Rajesh Kumar Yadav @Rae bareli branch). The grievance is that I invested with rate of Rs 250/ day for the above mentioned duration. But, I have not received payment till date. I want refund of my invested amount.

For this date of submission is mentioned as 15 may 2017 but it was submitted on 15 may 2015. Please correct this. Similarly the date of maturity needs to change to 15 sep 2020.

I have taken the bonds on 15/12/2016 which got matured in June 2019, but i haven't received any amount yet. i have visited the sahara office many times but no satisfactory response received. kindly do the needful.

Investment of Rs.-15000/-made on[protected] in the Saharayn E- Multipurpose Society Ltd. in certificate n0.[protected], Receipt No.-[protected], Membership No.[protected] which was duly matured on[protected] in favor of Kaushal kumar Singh but till date you have not made payment.The aforesaid investment was made through authorised center Bara-Bazar, Code-2418, Sector: Bhawanipur Region: Dakshin Kolkata.
Under the aforesaid circumstances if payment with interest upto till date is not done within 15-days then certificate holder shall have no alternative but to take appropriate steps without any further reference.
