Sai Sony Service Center — unethical behaviour

I got my television serviced by sai sony service centre. They claimed them as one of the authorized service centres. They gave a one year warranty for the motherboard led which they added into our tv during the servicing. My warranty period started from 3/3/2019 and today is 13/04/2019 and my tv has been switched off from the past 3 days as it isn't working anymore. I tried calling them messaging them and contacting them in every way possible, but all they do is ignore my calls and now they even have blocked my number. I have the bill attached.
