Samsung — 32" LED picture tube

Dear Sirs With regret I write to inform you that a LED 32" samgsung TV was purchased on EMI scheme from Vasanth and Co. Coimbatore in November 2013 with the following specification : Sl. No.mr2p3pbd801079d Model No.ua32f5500arlxl For the last few days only sound is heard and no picture is appearing and after complaining under complaint No.[protected] Ref ac [protected] your expert has visited our house to rectify the defect and on verification it was informed to us that the LED bulb / picture tube has been damaged and requires replacement and will cost around Rs.12000/- In this connection I wish to inform you that this LED TV was purchased under EMI scheme with great financial difficult and after a period of one year the picture tube has gone means it is difficult for us to replace at the above cost. I earnestly request you to replace the same free of cost at the earliest. We are a regular customer of samgsung brand but this TV has embarrased us a lot.
