Samsung — Auto-Restarting in samsung M31S

I have Purchased Samsung mobile phone(Model no-M31S), after using it for approx 8 months auto restart problem appears in the phone, my phone is frequently auto restarting. For which i visited samsung service centre dated[protected], located in New Krishna park, Janakpuri, Delhi, 110018(Name of service centre: QDIGI Services Limited). After Checking by service centre representative the software were updated and i have been told that the problem is resolved and there will be no problem in future and i have been informed that if the problem persist again then the motherboard of this phone will be replaced under warranty.

After few days i observed that the side mounted fingerprint is not working and auto-restart problem appears again. I visited same service centre dated[protected] and told them that phone side- finger sensor is not working, the engineer told that the part is not readily available, we will create open order for you and the part will come in 3-4 days. I was informed to come after 3-4 days and the part will be replaced on that day, i informed them that the phone is under warranty he said no problem it is replaced under warranty. After follow up & contacting samsung customer care support the part of this model finally arrives after 5 days.

Then i visited service centre on[protected] and after 45 mint of long wait i was called by engineer(Mr. Shahid) and now after checking the phone he started new story i.e the side finger sensor is physical damage so it will cost around Rs 2000 and does not comes in warranty. I told him that during my last visit after inspection i was not informed anything like physical damage or anything else and my phone is still under warranty and he simply replied _quothumare engineer ne dekha nhi ache se _quot our engineer does not see properly.I told him that right now solve the auto-restart problem by changing the motherboard of this phone he said ok. After sometime he said that there is offer going on, in which the warranty will be extended by 1 year plus fingerprint and auto-restart problem will be solve and will cost around Rs 1300. I told him this offer is not required right now _quotfilhall auto-restart wali problem theek ho jaye _quot he said ok but again after 10 minutes he said that there is bend in a phone so it is out of warranty now. How the phone will bend suddenly?_quot Then i said you are telling this bend problem when i rejected your 2 offers why don''t you tell me this problem before your 2 offers ??? _quotHe said mujhe pta nhi chala_quot. Maine jitne bhi customers the waha pe approx 20+ customers sabko dikhaya & pucha ki bend dikh rha h sabne bola nhi aesa toh kuch nhi dikh rha h _quot then Mr Shahid senior came and started telling same thing that there is bend in a phone and started comparing the phone with other phone of differtent model? How can they campare the 2 different device to justify there point?? It clearly shows there intention that they want to charge even the phone is under warranty. What''s the logic behind it ??? After discussing so much time then i ask his senior why dont you tell me this bend problem when i first visited on[protected] for auto-restart problem. He replied _quotus time pe problem kuch aur hogi ya humare engineer ne ache se dekha nhi_quot Then i said the same problem of auto-restart is happening everytime.Then he said we will not solve your problem and will give you in written and in written defects description he mention about side fingerprint and auto restart problem but not mention bend problem and ticks option as out of warranty. Then i contacted samsung customer support from there itself and informed this problem to customer care representative, he checked the details in system and asked service centre engineer Mr.Shahid that if there is a bend why dont you mention & attached photos of the phone in system as an acknowledgement for better clarity or in rma request ??? Mr. Sahid then nothing informed to customer service representative and told that there is problem in finger-sensor only, Customer support told that they will investigate the matter and will call me. I file complaint against this service centre through samsung customer support and they said our team will contact you within 24hours and I return back home without resolution of my problem in my phone and till now no one even contacted me from samsung . I am really shocked to see this behaviour of service centre representative even manager as i thought that Samsung is reputed MNC operating all over the world, its not service centre its seems to be chargeable reparing shop. . If I will not be provided replacement of my phone next time we will not buy any product from Samsung and will informed everyone in my relatives & friends circle with this behaviour of service centre, this way there is no meaning of warranty.
