Samsung — Black spots on screen (replaced LED panel) | |||
Hon'ble CEO Samsung India Limited Dear Sir The Samsung 40H 5100 40" LED TV was purchased by me on[protected]. Within two months some black spots were identified. The complain was lodged and the LED panel was replaced on March 16, 2015 with an extended warranty of 16 months. The black spots again appeared on the replaced one and the complain was lodged on June 11, 2015. I feel ashamed of purchasing a product of a company which is claimed to be a multinational. As a Senior Professor of the Department of Commerce, University of Calcutta and the Vice Chairman of the West Bengal State Council of Higher Education I have already discussed the issue with the Chairman of the Consumer Court and based on their advise, this time we are awaiting your reply in respect to solving my problem.
