Samsung — Complaint: Request regarding our new washing machine

Good Morning We bought a "Samsung 7kg fully autumatic" washing machine. now its just 24 days we bought and while doing washes we realized that the sensors are taking 72 mins for wash irrespective of load kept or the programme set by us. We called the technitian on saturday i.e., 19th Sep 2015. No one came. Again we called the customer care but as usual no response. It's been 1 whole week with no response. Whenever we call they say that TECHNITIAN COMES tomorrow...which is not happening. If this goes for another 2 days we decided to give a written complaint to your company head and Consumer forum.
