Samsung — Defective Galaxy S6 & Poor behaviour from the seller

Hi, Yesterday I purchased Samsung Galaxy S6 from one of the largest mobile phone shop in Jaipur, Rajasthan. As soon as I opened the box I noticed 3 major defects in the device, which are; 1. Display's bottom half is has a very pink tint. which can be noticed very easily. This a very common issue with a lot of S6's around the globe and people are getting replacements very easily for this. It stops working for few hours. 25% of the touch screen turns Dead. I can't do anything while it happens. 3. Dim & Yellowish Flashlight - Flash on this device is almost dead, it is lights very dim and is yellow in shade. I can't take a picture in low light. Refer :http://bgr.com/2015/04/08/galaxy-s6-camera-flash-issue/ 4. Network Drop & Heating - Even after getting a new nano sim from Airtel, Network on this device drops frequently. It is not working in areas where even a 5k phone is having full network strength. I once had a single dead pixel in my iPhone, Apple Store replaced the phone instantly without any hesitation. Whereas in case of my Galaxy S6 I'm facing harassment from the seller. As soon I switched On the device while being in the store ( after paying the full amount Rs 39000 ) I instantly noticed the display & touch issues as I knew these are common problems. I told the shop owner to replace the device as it is clearly defective. He refused & told me to go to service centre though I purchased the product just 2 minute back & he himself opened the box for me. When I requested he turned rude and asked me to leave. Even after paying 40k for a Mobile Phone, this was the kind of service I received. He is clearly defaming Samsung by such acts with customers. He behaved as if I purchased a 4k phone. I don't see any logic in paying such high amounts for mobile phones when this is the kind of service we receive, firstly a defective piece & then no replacement. Why would I buy a defective piece and go to service centre same day. This is so ridiculous. Now I'm sitting with a 40k defective FLAGSHIP device which is unusable. If I don't get a solution, I'll definitely regret the decision of switching from iPhone to Samsung. Touch not working & Defective AMOLED Display with Pink Tint.
