Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — Poor quality of TV - within a year the Picture tube gets faulty | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased a LED TV model 32FS100 on 10th of April 2013 with the dealer Girias in Chennai. 10 days before the television audio got fault and gruadally the picture is also not be visible and last week it is totally out. I have a registered a complaint on Sunday the 27th April 2013 and the representative came on 28th and told the picture tube has gone and also cautioned that we have the pay the charges of Rs.13000/- as replacement of Picture Tube. Is it logic for a customer who has bought a television for 38500/- and with in one year we have to pay again Rs. 13000/-. I will not live this matter. It shows the poor quality of manufacturing and also a reputed company like Sam sung should not react like this and ask the customer to pay 13000/- for repair charges. I will take this matter to consumer court and let them decided about the poor manufacturing quality and performance of the product. If the action is not taken with 24hours after publishing this complaint I will take this matter to consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
