[Resolved]  Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — Rejected refund request. got 4th replacement it also have problems

Now its about 8th or 9th day my phone is in service center, as per ceo told i submitted my device. am eligible for refund also. i bought new note 3 and with in 4 days my display got 1 complaint, actually it is there at the time of buying later it increases and very clearly 1 line is disappearing when the light is getting off aand also at the time of locking the screen. for that complaint asm directly came and check my mobile and he told this is the case of doa and you want refund also so they need to send the report to Headoffice and they told me wait they will inform me as soon as possible, but i didnt get any proper call or replies from samsung all the time i contacted them. and made call back service, they called and offerd me repair your display now and they will provide me extenden waranty and all i told am not ready for that beacause i already accepted all the request from samsung for thrice for my note 3 neo, atleast please accept my 1 request it over 1 month samsung disturbing me like anything and i adjsuted evrything for samsung. only for first replacement i asked remaining all samsunng told me to replace replace replace and i replaced at last samsung told me to change to another model again i paid remaining amount of 12000/ and bought note 3 as per samsung told. i got another issue on samsung note 3 and i visited the service center, and they simply rejected my device by telling you got maximum replacement. i told i didnt aks for replacement you only told me to change the device and all, and i simply agreed.From there asm contacted me and told me the same thing i got max no of replacemet and all. i told i the person got the replacement not for this device and the complaint also different and i paid extramoney also. in doa period i submitted. and asm anoop came and check my complaint and he told, he will send the report with in 10 days i will get refund and all. i dont know why they are simply rejecting my issue? i asked what is the reason they told its a minor issue and all, change the display from service center and use the phone. i told for this you blocked my phone upto 9 days and just looking on the pictures/images they confirmed it as minor issue. asm came and directly check the phone, and he know that it is major issue because of that he mailed the report.service peoples also shocked about samsung replies. please refund my money, i already orderd one note 3 plus gear from dubai. every 1 gave me hopes of refund. i dont know why they rejected. earlier days they told doa period over and all and trying to reject me. but ihave the jobsheet and all, so i finally solved that issue and they accepted my refund request and waiting fot money today they called and told me its a minor issue and all. iasked how you can know that without checking my mobile, they confirmed it by simply seeing the picture files. asm and all confirmed it is a doa case because within 7 days any issue on hardware is eligible for doa its there in agreement and conditions, now its like cheatings by samsung. iknow my issue is not a big deal for your company. am using iphone 5s also i got 1 complaint after 2 or 3 weeks. i didnt ask anything they are asking to me what help they want to do replacement or refund, i shocked and i replaced becuase customer support is first profit next. i hope samsung also a company like apple, this simple issue never effect on samsung, then why ther are simply making issues? and the right is also in my side. 1 of conference call by samsung customercare and service center call service manager only told he is elgible for doa, if you want please check the call records. am innocent and the right is in my side also, i hope ceo will take care of me, i also adjusted many time for samsung for this refund issue atleast samsung please approve my request i beg i beg ibeg. i know no need to beg when rights are in my side, but no time for me am a college student studying outside for this issue i visited showroom more than 20 times in this month, so many expenses are there, somany means somany.so please make it fast still am begging by standing on right path. but please dont cheat customers, please do what you said, dont change it by situations, with in 7 days any issue on hardware doa is eligible.there is no other option for me one and only option is ceo. this is my complaint also because they rejected my issue by simply saying replace the display i asked display is not in hardware segment for you? am not using samsung for first time am using from 2000 they making me fool, by simpling teling replace display and use. i told i dont want a repaired phone then why we are spending this much money secondhand phones are their other brands phone are there same feature and all we have one trust on samsung company and all, like me somany are thier i know by rejecting me or accepting me is not a big deal for samsung. am also not worried about my money, am asking for my right nothing else please dont cheat customers. service center peoples are also shocked when the reply was came fromm samsung. ASM also told me they will check and contact me. no 1 dont know why they rejected. i know in pictures and all no1 can identify the complaints. after 7 8 days they are telling rejected. i asked again atleast give me replacement. but i want refund. everyone shocked for this complaint they are telling repair the display and use they wil give me 2 month extra waranty and all. i told no. i want refund no other option, i already orderd one note3 plus gear from dubai because from samsung service center and all they also hope refund, even they scanned my bill and send to HEADOFFICE, when i called the asm he told no way, please wait let him check and contact me itseems but no call from him i didnt get. i am simply screwed by samsung, not me may be all customers. i dont know about others So please read it completley and plz call me, pls pls pls please make my refund as soon as possible because now its 1 month over, from the very begining i asked for refund but samsung rejected because for refund there should be atleast 3 replacement should need for a refund i told ok then give me next replacement that time only company assured to me if any complaint is there on 3rd phone samsung will refund atlast 3rd phone also have same complaint and samsung requsested please replace with another model and for samsung i canceld my refund request and took note 3 by payig 12000 extra now samsung is cheating me . please give back my money i beg please please please its my request please contact me. i hope higher official will contact me. and please check my case. dont see the pictures please check my device and tell me .
