Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — Request for Replacement of the faulty product | |||
Hi, It has been not even 5 months since I bought my first Samsung phone after being a long time customer of Nokia. The new phone is lying with service center now waiting for a replacement for the mother board and few other parts. Service center is not able to fix the problem - the phone is not turning on. I am afraid of the quality of the replacement parts now. What is the guarantee of the new mother board? What if it fails after warranty period. Can you think about providing fresh warranty of the replaced part? Alternatively, Since this looks to me as a major fault in the phone (almost 80% of the phone, as per the servicing center), may I request a complete replacement of the phone?
