this is in continuation to my earlier mails regarding the service of my samsung refrigerator[RT2735TNBBL]purchased on[protected] from police canteen trivandrum, kerala.i had registered for a service and they gave me a code too[[protected]].this was about 2 months back and still, shamefully, my request has not been attended to. every time i sent mail regarding this i have got phone calls promising immediate action and apologizing...even if you guys bother to receive this mail please dont call and waste any more of my time..I am using appliances of other brands too and i wish to mention here that you have the most pathetic service..i know this might not make much difference to a company like yours, where customers are not valued at all, but i would never ever buy a samsung product again in my life nor would i advise it to anybody i know...thank you for being very irresponsible and insensitive.
