Samsung Galaxy — Samsung galaxy display not working

Dear Sir, I have purchased a Samsung galaxy S4 on 28 Dec 14 for 32690 Rs after very normal uses on 14-APR-14 (within 4 months) the display is been not working when I was carrying the phone in my pocket & 5 mints before all were Okay & suddenly I shocked when the display was showing with attached image.When I went for replacement warranty care center executive were saying it is physical damaged & we can replaced it on cash replacement which will not come under warranty(The cost is 7000/-).They were saying it will not come under warranty as due to physical damaged.When I ask them to show any scratches on it they were showing internal scratch on it.I told them I have never dropped a piece until & they were saying it might be due to some pressure(As you will not get any of scratches on it). Now at the same time if I am using my another mobile (Nokia) from last year which is not having any issue. I need to say how they are manufacture any device with that much high cost & no warranty over issues faced by customer. Please help me to get any lawful decision so that no one will get suffered from Samsung any more. Regards, Vaibhav Panchgade [protected]
