[Resolved] Samsung India — 1.5t split ac | |||
I regret purchasing a 1.5T AR18RV3JFMC Split AC on 04 Apr 19. It's been almost 96h (as against a promise of 24h) and my AC has not been installed. This is after repeated reminders, calls and even a complaint on the customer care number. The staff that I had to deal with were irresponsible and worse, arrogant. Inspite of me calling the service centre twice, am yet to receive even an SMS regarding my requests. Do you really 'care' for your customer? Was this information helpful? | |||
