Samsung India — 2 months old washing machine is not working

This is regards to my last compalint about samsung washing machine which is not working or stop working in between my contact details are as below

Hope samsung team will resolve this issue as washing maschine is only 3 months old and having issue since 2.5 mnths however technicians visited the site multiple times however unable to resolve the issue and customer care always forward the case to technician.
