[Resolved] Samsung India — 20 days old phone problem | |||
Job no [protected] and red no[protected] i purchased this mobile on 24 jan 2018 i have put my phone on charge on the 16-2 night and in the morning i was surprised to see my display was blurred. I examined the phone in the service centre and they have said lcd crack u have to change it. I called the service centre in front of them the customer care person over phone said me i[censored] overnight charge the phone then it can be one of the reason of crack i am cell shocked i have left m phone in the service centre. Kindly go through the audio talk recording between me and the service person for confirmation. A 20 days old phone situation is such of world no 1 mobile company I have used iphone and one plus for the first three me used a samsung phone. Very amazed with the quality.
