[Resolved]  Samsung India — A700 overheating issue not solved

I purchased my handset from lotus ujjain on 15 jan 2016, on 30th december 2016 very first time I submitted my handset to samsung service center (palak agency near langar petrol pump) ujjain and informed them my handset warranty is getting finished please check it completely as it's heating is anomalous. It's authorized service centre. I submitted my phone with heating issue and battery early discharge issue, service centre returned phone on 31 december 2016, and informed me now your handset working nicely we changed the charging port as it is defective and assured we have checked it's not heating, on 4 th jan 2017 I again visited the service centre with the same issue of heating. They asked me to submit my phone, on 5 th jan 2017 they have generated a new jobshit for my handset and changed its PCB(motherboard) and returned my phone on 6th jan 2017 now again they assured me we have checked the phone there is no heating issue. on 7th of jan 2017 I again gone up to service centre with same issue, they have taken the phone, and assured now they will check it, on 9 th jan 2017 they called me to check my phone as it's not heating I gone up to service center I showed the engineer how much the phone heating on use, the service centre engineer given me another A7 handset which is alright and asked me to play a game in both the handset for 10 10 mins I played and I showed it to engineer see heating he also measured the temperature with some device available there called temperature gun, the recorded temperature is more in my device tham other device, than on 10th jan 2017 they again generated the job sheet, on 11 th jan they have returned my phone on and informed me they have changed the PCB(motherboard) as the PCB received previously from company is defective, on 12 th of jan 2017 I submitted handset to service centre with same issue and reported the matter to CEO desk of company, from there one of there executive preeti yadav is talking with me on behalf of my samsung, and assured me she will look in to the matter and she is touch with me from 7th jan 2017, I informed her my handset is overheating and submitted to service center thrice till date and my warranty expiring on 14 jan 2017, she assured me she will help in all the way, I asked her should I externd my warranty, she said wait till we are looking in matter on 12 jan some other executive called me on behalf of preeti yadav and asked me to collect my handset as it's alright I informed her it's heating and my warranty is finishing on 14jan so I will not collect till it's not alright, on 17 jan 2017 I again got a call from some other executive mr. Narendra singh on behalf of preeti yadav, he asked me to check my phone it's not heating temperature range is 22 to 26 degree centigrade, I informed him I will check my phone at service centre and will not collect if it's still heating, he said plz check, I have checked my handset which is having 9gb free space, just after 25 to 30 mins activity is is between 39 to 37 degree centigrade. I called mr. Narendra from there but he not picked up. On 18 th jan 2017 I got call from a female executive from ceo desk on behalf of miss preeti yadav forcing me to collect the handset and also told u r warranty extension time is also lapsed, I told her it's heating she informed me that it's normal heating and not overheating up to 48 degree everything is normal and than asked me what I want I asked her I don't want anything just repair my handset so it will not heat I m having a son whom is just 3 month old may this phone will blast in night as it's heating anomalously, I asked her to inform it to me in writing but she is not doing so. On 22nd I got a email from preeti yadav samsung executive informing my handset is not having any issue, and as u requested for replacement or refund (even I not asked it) I also taken help from consumer helpline, but the company closed the call without calling me. And saying customer want replacement or refund which is against the company policy.
