[Resolved] Samsung India — all data on my handset was erased automatically | |
Hello, On data 30/03/2018 time - 08:40 am, i got notification regarding samsung mobile software update. While updating the software i found that mobile was automatically went on reset mode and after that i found that everything was erased from my device. My personal images, files, songs, contacts, screenshots etc. All went erased. Kindly revert me with satisfactory answer or i will go to police. I will take an judicial action against you.
