Hi. I was trying to place an order on samsung.in. I made the payment via google pay. The transaction status on google pay showed paid, even my account got debited, but samsung canceled the order stating that no payment was received by them. I’d raised a complaint but no response from them. I talked to the bank and they said the payment has been transferred but samsung says no payment received. Attaching photos for reference.
